I have Used Jason For my plumbing needs for over 8 years since I moved into my house. He has been reliable and Trustworthy. He always gives it to me strait and helps me be cost effective. He has come by the house on short notice many times to help solve Plumbing emergency's. Recently he came and did a complete re piping of my house. I am completely happy with the results. he even helped fix minor issues that popped during the re piping. cant recommend a better plumber. The biggest complement, he started out my plumber but became a close friend.

A plumber from Access plumbing came to our house to fix our touchless faucet because the sensor was going haywire. He seemed professional and was pleasant upon arrival even though he was a little hard to understand. He told us that the control box for our faucet needed to be repaired and it would take a little while to determine if a replacement control box could be located.
Since it would be a couple of weeks that we would be without a faucet, he suggested a temporary faucet and we were thrilled to learn that we wouldn't have to be without a kitchen faucet. He quickly installed the faucet. As soon as he was done, I asked when he thought we might know if the control box could possibly be replaced and he switched things up. He said that the faucet that he put on was now my new faucet. I was absolutely confused...I wanted to fix my expensive touchless faucet not to have some off-Brand warehouse faucet instead.
Now Access Plumbing and Sergio refuse to pick up the phone to even discuss the matter and they won't return my phone calls. Not the professionals that I thought they were at all!

I really like to Thank this company for turning our major plumbing problems into a wonderful complete finish job. Jason and crew was very professional , amazing and punctual. When you have a issue at home like a leak all you want from a company is to come find the problem and fix. And that is what they did. Jason got called out to my place by our building manager as he was the only one available on a Sunday (seems like a recurring theme in these reviews), we had sewage coming up into our guest bath shower from the drain when the toilet was flushed in that bathroom. Jason quickly accessed the problem and had the toilet off in a couple minutes. He snaked 100' into the sewer line to clear the blockage, replaced the toilet and cleaned up the mess well. Jason and his buddy Luis were both nice and professional. Highly recommended.

We had a complete stoppage in one of our units in Torrance for the past two days. After getting various plumbers out, no one was able to fix the problem. We made a last ditch effort in trying to find a plumber to come out on a Sunday to fix the problem. We called Jason and he came right away and fixed the problem in 20 mins. This guy is great.
