Jason got called out to my place by our building manager as he was the only one available on a Sunday (seems like a recurring theme in these reviews), we had sewage coming up into our guest bath shower from the drain when the toilet was flushed in that bathroom. Jason quickly accessed the problem and had the toilet off in a couple minutes. He snaked 100' into the sewer line to clear the blockage, replaced the toilet and cleaned up the mess well. Jason and his buddy Luis were both nice and professional. Highly recommended.

We had a complete stoppage in one of our units in Torrance for the past two days. After getting various plumbers out, no one was able to fix the problem. We made a last ditch effort in trying to find a plumber to come out on a Sunday to fix the problem. We called Jason and he came right away and fixed the problem in 20 mins. This guy is great.

We had called several plumbers on a Sunday due to a loud leak under our slab floor. One said he didn't do that kind of work, one put us off for a couple of days, one didn't answer (24 hour plumber). We called Jason, was out of town, said he be by in a few hours. Long story short, he found the multiple leaks, re-routed pipes to avoid jack hammering the concrete floors, and it works great. He explained what he was doing the whole way, his helpers were nice too. Will be calling him soon for more work to be done.

I called Access Plumbing when I discovered a possible hot water leak in the slab of the house. After attempting to get help from several different plumber and contractors Access (Jason) was very helpful, recommending an expert diagnostic service to locate the leak precisely before deciding on how to repair it (repair in the slab or reroute). Once the technician located it in the morning, Jason and his helper were on site within an hour to excavate and locate the failed pipe. They were most careful to keep dust under control and avoided damaging adjacent tile. Within three hours he found the leak and had it fully exposed and ready for repair. The repair itself was quick and professional, and he checked to verify no other leaks were present. Throughout Jason was prompt to his scheduled time and kept me appraised of any changes or issues. I highly recommend this service provider.

They give good serve, but only one thing the parts they I wouldn't recommend. They install a water heater after market. Didn't know until the heater went out. Tried to get the warranty from the manufacturer and they asked me for the serial number and the da Damn thing had a black marker written over it. Who know where they got it from but had it all ready to go. Makes me think they bought it from the black marker. So to who ever hires these guys for a job.please ask them for statements from the store.

Jason is my go to guy from now on! I have a few rental units in the area and was turned on to Jason by a property management company who doesn't even use these guys but recommended them based on their reputation alone. (No kickbacks) There's something to be said about a plumber who comes out, solves your problem for pennies on the dollar, and you genuinely have a feeling they have your best interests at heart. I wish I could do more to promote these guys.
