Would never call them again. My AC and furnace are less than 4 years old and the tech gave me an estimate of $9,000 to do things to the furnace that were unnecessary. I feel that he saw 2 older people and could pull one over on us.

I have never had a bad experience with Access. Everyone is very professional and have been wonderful to work with no matter if it was an install, service or maintenance visit. This time I had Roland come to my home to perform the maintenance for the first time and Cord (sp?) book my appointment. They were both very helpful and great to work with.

They do not try and sell you things you don't need and also let you know that they have the least expensive filters that we can drop by and pick up at anytime.

If you're looking for the cheapest price - I'll flat out tell you, you're not going to find it here. If you're looking for reliable, friendly service and thorough work - call them. And be honest with them about what your situation is. They WILL work with you to provide a variety of solutions. One year, they triaged the repairs over the course of several months so it didn't hit me all at once. I will always use them for HVAC service.

This company charges far more than a fair rate. Do your research in Boise before calling this company. Very friendly, but they surely don't understand how repeat business works...as it relates to competitive/fair pricing.

I didn't even get to have anyone come out and I am leaving a negative review. I called just to see about getting a quote for a gas line and I couldn't even get out my request because the guy that answered was so concerned with the reviews on yelp and why I chose them. When I finally was able to let him know why I called he asked if I was looking for a cheap install because they charge a premium and cost more than most so I may be calling the wrong place... Nope when it comes to a gas line I am looking for quality but to be honest I was very put off by the manner of the guy I spoke to and will not be using their service.

I just got charged $ 446.00 to change a $5 capacitor. I can't afford to take off another half day and I needed my AC working because I have animals, otherwise I would have called someone else.
The technician was friendly and he showed up on time, but he spent less than an hour on the entire job.
Let's be overboard and say the capacitor ( or as they call it a "" voltage storage device"" ) costs $ 50.00. That means I paid $394.00 for a service call that took less than an hour.

Access performed a maintenance on my a/c unit and the next day it was blowing hot air. They sent a second tech who told me after checking that the compressor was shot and I would need to buy a new unit, about $3000. I was suspicious since I just had servicing, so I had another company give me a second opinion. This tech showed me that the wires had been cross making it look like the compressor was bad. He corrected the wiring and the unit began cooling my house. I cancelled the contract and asked for a refund; my request was ignored. I will not deal with Access again.

We had our AC unit serviced. This was the first time in 12 years... The serviceman gave me a short AC 101 course because, i was asking a lot of questions. He explained in depth the AC unit. He did a complete test and serviced the AC. I was very impressed with his patience and willingness to explain how the system works.

I would definetly recommend this company to anyone.
