Awesome service: I'll let the time line speak for itself: Tuesday, 11am, I notice my water heater is leaking in the garage. At 3pm, their technician Darian is here, diagnoses the problems and determines that the water heater is not fixable. Wednesday, 9am, he is back with a new water heater. At 10:30, I am taking a hot shower, enjoying life :)

My wife and I had a broken/leaky faucet that needed to be replaced. After several unsuccessful trips to Home Depot and other various plumbing supply stores, it was time to call an expert. I choose Accent because they had great reviews on the Nextdoor app. When I first called and explain the problem, they actually spent several minutes helping me try to troubleshoot the issue before hiring them. After we realized the job required some welding, they sent a technician out the same day. Even better is that they followed up a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Timely, professional, and helpful. 10/10

I've used A-Accent plumbing for 10 years. Mainly because they're in the neighborhood. This time they ended a chance I'd ever use them again. I have an upstairs shower that unexplainably started releasing sewer gas after 20 years of service. A-Accent hasn't found the reason for the odor coming from the shower drain after two visits, over a week apart, and then recommended a third visit to do a smoke test. One of the Jims there hung up on me because I told him I was a long time customer and wasn't f%#!happy with their service.

Meanwhile, they have left an insoection hole cut in the ceiling for a couple of weeks. That's the plumber if you could recommend a contact for drywall repair, he couldn't.

Travis is an excellent technician! Very professional and a credit to his profession. He was able to replace my 1953 (year it was built) cast iron toilet flange with an exact replica, no plastic. I understand that everyone is very busy these days, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you!

No water in the condo! Called Accent and the were here within 30 minutes.

Diagnostics determined that the main supply was turned off...don't know who or why.

Problem resolved in a matter of minutes....and NO CHARGE !!
