We had a broken pipe and urgently needed help. I called and within 3 hours the whole issue was solved, professionally and with care. From the scheduling of the appointment to the service on site, Acadian Plumbing is a class act. I dont 'do' yelp reviews but felt it worthwhile to write this to share for others to see and benefit from.

Our kitchen sink drain was clogged and we tried everything we could, including snaking it ourselves. The blockage was too hard to break through. Called Acadian and explained issue to the dispatcher. I asked if they would bring out what was necessary to unclog it. I was assured they would.
Tech arrives on time with only a snake in his hand. I asked if that is all he has to unclog it. He replied that, yes, that is all they have. I told him I didn't think it would work since I had already tried it. He said ""If you don't want me to try, I won't, but it will be $125 for service call and I'll leave now"".
My options now are to pay $125 for nothing, or $325 for what I don't think will work anyway. I went ahead with the $325 and said ""Maybe you know how to snake a drain better than I do"". Well, he did not. He was just as unsuccessful as I was. He then went on to say that Acadian cannot fix the clog and I need to call another plumber. He then wrote the name of the guy who he thinks can fix it and his number on my ticket. I paid him the $325 as I agreed and he left. I did NOT call his recommended plumber but instead called Sturt Services who came out and fixed the issue within an hour with their snake, which is much better than the ones Acadian owns, obviously! I will never call this company out again, and why would you when they just charge you to give you a referral of someone else.

Description of work performed:
The kitchen sink backing up. Ran Auger from pulled PTrap. About 6-8 feet hit hard spot. Worked cable back and foward (sic). Could not get past.
Recommend video insp. Recommend xxxxxxx Plumbing 504-xxx-xxxx.

I reached out to Acadian Plumbing after finding them on Yelp and they were wonderful! I spoke with the receptionist about my problem and offered to send her some photos of my issue. She quickly passed them along to the owner who called me back in less than 20 minutes. We discussed the issue and arranged for someone to come out - they guys who came were very polite, did great work, cleaned up everything and my total bill was about half of what someone else had quoted me. Hope I do not need to use them again for anything else too soon but definitely will for my next plumbing need!

Got Acadian as a recommendation from Bevolo as part of a gas lamp install for my home and have been impressed enough to use them for additional plumbing needs. They are responsive, punctual, and reasonably-priced.

Personable, Conscience, Professional, Clean, Reasonably Priced, and Reliable!!! Eric and his team are fabulous from calling the office for a service request (Tina is awesome) to having the guys in our home taking care of a list of tasks. They arrived when they said they would, gave us a fair price, got the job done quickly and consulted with us on a future projects. I cannot say enough good things about Acadian Plumbing!!!

Had a leaky faucet/pipe in my bathroom. Called another plumber, their estimate was $900 because it would be a 4 hour job. On top of that, they wouldn't be able to fix the leak till the next day. The next day came, but the plumber did not.

Today I called Acadian at 8 AM. I was a bit worried because they charge for their estimate. 10 AM rolls around, the leak is fixed (they even had to drive to get a part), they cleaned up their work, most importantly the total bill was only $240.

I hate dealing with tradesmen because I know nothing about plumbing etc. but with these guys the whole process was quick and painless.

I first contacted Acadian for a quote on a kitchen remodel and found them to be the most responsive and the best value. I have used their services multiple times since then and recommend them to friends.

Here's the deal... I'll deal with anybody who's on the up and up. I put in a request on Yelp they answered. The lady was a little short on the phone but I just ignored her, however the boss was a super nice and very easy to deal with, his son came out the next day called ahead of time, was also very kind, and so was the other worker. I paid them, they finished the job in less than an hour, now they're on their way to their next job. I got the services that I needed...perfect! Why can't everybody else be like this.

Stop trying to scam people and take their money do your job, get paid for it and move on which is exactly what Acadian plumbing did and I appreciate it! No games, no gimmicks, and no tricks! Just installed the waterline.
