We live in Metairie and after calling a few plumbers Acadien responded quickly. We got service the same day. Our problem involved a leaky toilet bowl. The diagnosis was quick and the price was normal for this region. The parts needed were immediately available, a lot of professional knowledge displayed and courteous service throughout. I think we will be good for many years to come. Who can ask for anything more? Rock on

I cannot recommend this company. There is a complete lack of communication and customer service. I'm not quite sure about the quality of their work because they have not finished. They have not shown up when scheduled (on a few occassions) and no calls were made to inform me that they would not be coming.

No one on their team walked me through the job and what would be included/excluded. timeline, details, etc. I emailed the owner a list of questions about the scope of the work and did not receive a response even after he acknowledged receipt of the email and said he would respond. His workers were nice enough to answer my questions.

The times I have called their office to get status updates, their tone has been very rushed, bothered, dismissive and not very informative. I got a lot of one to two word answers.

They did some minor damage to the interior of the home and didn't tell me about it. I found it when I went in to clean up after them. It was roughly about a $10000 job and I expected much better communication and customer service. I will not use them again based on this experience. I am hopeful about the quality of the work, but only time will tell...

They were truly awesome! I've had plenty of people do repairs on my house. However, they were the best. The plumbers were extremely friendly and professional. Moreover, they fixed a broken pipe in the ceiling that some other companies might have overcharged. I will certainly use them for all my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

Made a same-day appointment. They called before arriving and fixed my leaking toilet and repaired a few other issues with my toilet I'm so excited to see my bill for next month because my toilet isn't leaking anymore

Yesterday was the first time I've needed a plumber since moving to New Orleans, so of course it was time to stress about finding someone dependable and reasonable. Fortunately, Acadian put my worries to rest.

I called the office number late in the afternoon. After 4 or 5 rings (on no, this isn't good) a man answered and explained that the office was closed, but he was the owner on his way home. He listened to my problem and said that the next day's schedule was pretty full, but he'd try to work me in. When I called the office this morning, the owner answered, remembered me, and said ""You're on the schedule for today.""

Only three hours later, two nice dog-loving guys arrived and fixed my toilet right away, explaining that the hard water here wreaks havoc with plumbing fittings. The price was more than my sweet, independent plumber in Kansas City, and I might have been able to fix it myself with YouTube. But I don't want to do stuff like that, and getting it fixed right away by courteous, professional people absolutely made it worth the price.

My name is Jimmie,
I requested a certified plumber to help get my father's gas meter back from the city. Within an hour I spoke with Eric from Canadian Plumbing and the 2 days later Eric was at my father's house pressure testing the gas system.
He fixed the issue the same day and submitted the request to have the city to come out and verify his work. The work was verified a few days later. I can respect Acadian Plumbing for their promptness, professionalism, respect and good work. And yes, I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Very professional staff from scheduling the appointment to the day of the service call. Fast and efficient in fixing my toilet. Costs were reasonable and tech was transparent with price as he asked permission to move forward with additional work. Service tech adhered to covid precautions and cleaned up work area. Definitely will use Acadian Plumbing for future work.

They were amazing. Excellent work, quick service and at a bargain price. They came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly. Had the parts needed in the truck already so no extra time needed to order parts. He finished putting on the new clawfoot faucet in less than 30 minutes. So I asked if he could look at a couple other issues around the house. He was very accommodating and took care of 2 other small issues. Even had the part in the truck for that one too. Definitely recommend.
