Needed a second opinion when we got a very high estimate from another plumber. Acacia came out within 24 hours, the plumber was friendly, and quoted us less than our previous quote.

The best part was he was able to find and fix the problem in about half the expected time, and reduced our bill even further. The 6 hours estimated by the first company was taken care of in about 45 minutes (by one person). Highly, highly recommended.

The customer service experience was awful. I called on a Thursday (early AM) to set up a time for someone to install a kitchen faucet. I was told someone would come between 4pm-6pm. 6pm rolls around and no one has shown up and I hear nothing from the company. I call the next day (Friday AM) and they told me they weren't able to fit me in yesterday (a call or heads up would have been nice) and that someone will come today and they will call me back right away after confirming the time slot. Multiple hours pass and I haven't received a call to let me know what time they will be coming. I call the office again and they tell me someone will be out between 4-6. I should note that I've requested a quote on each of these calls and was told someone would call me to confirm before arriving. I don't receive a call until 5:40 when someone is arriving and they quote me a ridiculous price.

My husband scheduled an appointment to replace two hot water heaters. Received an appointment for 2-4 pm the next day. On the day of the appointment, my husband started getting calls around 11:30 am so someone could come out. No one was home (which we told them when we scheduled the appointment). When my husband finally could call the technician back, he said he had taken the afternoon off and he couldn't find anyone to send out at 2:00pm. When my husband asked for a supervisor, he was placed on a hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. When he tried phoning back, they just hung up and wouldn't take the call. Very very disappointing given the good reviews for this company previously.
UPDATE: Hector reached out personally and came out during the scheduled appointment time to give us a bid. He quickly handled the issue and resolved the conflict.

I had 5 shut off valves installed in my home, I called Hector back to complain about technic he used. He explained and adjusted to my satisfaction concerns to make sure I am happy. I find he is one of the kind service tech with super polite and care for customer plus his response time arrived on promises, he is different from big companies, he personally involved with customer even I am in minority not born and raised here, also this company phone answer is very quick, I got answers every time I called in, their pricing is fair not skyrocket like big companies in Houston I had services on, this is a true review not fake from real customer, anyone can contact me if you have questions.
