Recommended Customer Reviews

My parents evaporated cooler wasn't working, the technician who showed up was super nice to my parents and was very honest about the issue. Honestly, I thought the cost was going to be a lot more and they could have tried to charge for extra work but didn't. I highly recommend them.

Was overcharged for a simple tankless water heater flush. Two men sent for a one person job, one who didn't do any work other than translating for the one who did all the work. Nice enough fellows but poorly equipped. Drain hose was connected without a washer and ended up spraying water all over mechanical room/garage. Call someone else.

I wish to report that Redline Mechanical, LLC of Rio Rancho, NM New Construction division is a very poor plumbing company. Here is the evidence:
1. During construction over winter, several times they failed to turn off the water main when the garage was open, the exposed water main froze, and the valve started leaking. This happened a few times. Duh. However, after the house was closed and heated, I called about the water leak, and they did send someone who did a nice job replacing the valve.
2. They plumbed the hot and cold on the wrong sides of the shower. It cannot be fixed without cutting open the wall.
3. They plumbed all the hose bibs to soft water, and that is not healthy for the plants. They were coming out on 10/8/21 to search for the manifold, and are now 4 hours late from their scheduled appointment to cut open the wall and fix it. Afterwards we sent 10's of pictures we took of the pipe in the open trenches during construction so they could find the connection manifold. The pair of plumbers that came by told me they would look at pictures and call me with a path forward.
10/29/21 Update: Still waiting on any plan or even a response from Redline Mechanical, LLC on a path forward to change the external hose bibs to hard water. I called the office, and the receptionist said the foreman was busy, and they would call me back. Since they had 3 weeks to review the pictures we sent, I think I can safely assume the foreman is a liar. From their prior behavior I believe they will not call back.
You can of course do what you want, but if you need plumbing services especially on new construction, you may want to choose another company. You would be wise to avoid them. The people that came for the warranty repair are real nice and try to fix it, but they are not the same people as the new construction group. From the poor pipefitting job and multiple screwups, the new construction group was dumber than snot.
