I just had the best experience with AC Pros. I panicked as I noticed my AC stopped working on a Friday, a little after noon. As I was on hold with the last AC company that helped last year (who I liked but knew didn't do day of appointments for me last year), my friend recommended AC Pros. I went to the website and was floored seeing them advertise Same Day Service Availability.

I hung up, called AC Pros, spoke with a very friendly and helpful agent who got me a day of appointment right away between 1 and 5pm. Ryan arrived within two hours of my call. He was friendly, knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue very quickly as a drainage issue. He was in and out in 30 minutes. He answered my questions and gave me some maintenance advice, didn't try to upsell me. I found the price (especially for a day of service) very reasonable. I can't recommend AC Pros enough. They saved my day and weekend.

The upstairs system in our new (to us) home was old, in pretty rough shape, and needed replacing. I wasn't able to reach an HVAC company I had worked with before, so a friend recommended AC Pros. The office staff was responsive and helpful in getting an initial appointment scheduled and throughout the entire process of replacing our old system.

Mark and Michael came by, checked it out, and agreed it was probably time for a new one. They also thoroughly inspected the downstairs system and provided a report with pictures and stats, and talked me through the important ones.

They promptly provided a good range of options for new systems at different price points, efficiency levels, and so on. I had a ton of questions, and Mark was incredibly patient and knowledgeable across multiple phone calls while I weighed our options and what else we could do to improve the efficiency and air quality of our home.

On the install day, Mark, Michael, and Ethan were all friendly, polite (despite being crammed in our tiny, tiny attic), and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and that the new system will keep us comfortable for many years.

From the level of detail in the initial inspection to the follow-up after installation, and everything in between, I feel confident in the work they do--and they stand behind their installs and equipment with a solid warranty and regular check ups.

Michael with AC Pros was out yesterday to do maintenance on my AC system. As always, he was helpful, did a good job, and answered my questions. This is, I believe, the 5th or 6th time he's been out. He is a good technician and he's with a good company.

Scheduled HVAC maintenance and thermostat install. Very responsive via email right off the bat. Michael Anderson was my technician. Called beforehand and arrived exactly on time. Wore a mask and covered his shoes in the house. Did a great job explaining what my 10 year old system needed and replaced a part that needed replacing on the spot. Very happy with the experience and will be looking forward to working with them again.

8/17/21 Update: Doug Peterson came by today for water heater maintenance. Punctual, professional, a very clear communicator. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Very good communication from top to bottom. They do a great job of telling you potential issues and replacements you may need to make without the annoying, hard sell. Highly recommend AC Pros!
