Unfortunately they were underbid and i did not go with this company,, but I would in the future recommend them, Jon came out, he was extremely helpful and full of insight, he did explain they were a company that took no shortcuts and yes did explain that their bids normally are a bit higher then other companies and had it not been for the differences in numbers $$$ I would have gone with this company..

We've worked with these guys for years and are always happy with their work. Ours is a 15-year old 2-story, 2-unit AC/Heater system and they keep us humming along with maintenance and occasional rework/issue correction. Only once have they run severely behind schedule due to another home's problem much bigger than expected but even that time, sent Ryan, who is awesome, to get us taken care of. Highly recommend!

Used them for years however they have become greedy and dishonest. Hired them to come do a routine checkup. Notified me that the system needed 2lbs of pressure and that would be $60 per pound. I decided t hold off as that didn't sound correct since the HVAC was serviced recently by a different company earlier since AC pros was too busy at that time. I had a 2nd company come by to check and they then informed me that the pressure was fine and needed none as it was full. Shocked, I filed complaint with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. I have lost all trust in this company as they have simply become greedy.

I was worried about water leaking from my A/C unit. Jon W. came out and checked the entire system, crawled into my attic and vacuumed my runoff pipe. He answered all my questions and gave me some helpful hints. Jon is extremely professional, very thorough, and I would not hesitate to call A/C Pros again.

Great service! Jon was able to come out within hours after my service call. Very nice guy and very professional. He had the issue diagnosed in short order and my AC was up and running in no time. Very informative and no "up selling" like so many other firms. Highly recommend!

What an incredible company. First off they charge far less than any other company I called for a weekend emergency call. $65 vs. $150 for Climate Mechanical who installed my system and still wouldn't give me a break on the service charge, and the $150 would not go toward the repair. What a rip off
AC Pros were very courteous and willing to fit me in quickly. The $60 service charge would apply to the repair. Once at the house they realized a new compressor was needed. The system is a Trane. Trane didn't have the compressor in stock but THE OWNER of AC Pros is bringing out a portable AC unit until the part comes in today! What service. I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Jon was fantastic! Fantastic communication. Everyone we talked with was so courteous. Fixed our problem quickly and educated us along the way. We have an old system that will have to be replaced in the next couple of years, and we will definitely be going back to these folks with our business. Thanks for your help, Jon!

The service was quality and the technician was also excellent. My beef is with the pricing. They advertised as affordable and I have seen other reviewers also mention this. Maybe I am out of touch, but I didn't see them as affordable at all. I asked how much their service call was and they told me $65.

My technical problem was that one of the blower units wasn't functioning. The technician diagnosed it as a bad capacitor in about 3 minutes. He went to the truck and located the correct cap and said that it would be $225. I asked him how much the part cost and he said about $10. I should have inquired more thoroughly beforehand, but I assumed that I would be charged for a service call fee plus time and materials.

$225 seems steep to me for a service call, a $10 part and 10 minutes of labor.

These guys were professional, courteous and fast. I had called many other providers and they were the first to respond and help out & I will not be calling anyone else from now on. Really appreciate the service! Not enough good guys out there! Didn't feel like I was being "sold" anything or given a worse case scenario than reality. Felt he was honest and helpful and again, very courteous. Great job.
