AC has been our go-to plumbers since we moved into our home 6 years ago. They come every fall for the boiler maintenance at a reasonable price. They have helped us out with additional plumbing and heating needs since then, and are responsive both over the phone and over email. We have been pleased with their service.

We chose AC Plumbing for a gas stove line and stove install. We had planned on using them to install a farm house sink and a dishwasher as well after we received our countertops in a kitchen renovation. They installed our gas line while our carpenter was working in the kitchen and did not install the stove the same day as discussed, lied to us and said the carpenter asked him not to install it that day, so we had to wait a week later for them to come back out to install the stove, which wouldn't have been a huge deal except when they sent us the bill for the stove install they also tried to charge us for sink and dishwasher install that had not been performed by anyone at this point. They originally called my husband to collect this payment, when he clarified this work had not been done. They then called me, thinking we had not been in communication, and tried to get me to pay for the total price for sink and dishwasher install. When we sent them photos of an uninstalled sink and dishwasher they argued with us and said that they had cut the holes in our cabinets for the future install (clearly something our carpenter had done) and demanded we pay them for this. We had a three way call with AC plumbing and our carpenter who scolded them for trying to take advantage of their customers for charging them for work they had not performed. I do not find this company trustworthy and would be afraid to allow them in my home again.

I have used A.C. Plumbing for various work for the last 12 years.They have replaced shower faucet stems and a water heater; extended a gas line; fixed a leaky water pipe, and conducted maintenance on my house air conditioners and furnace. For all these services and for all this time, their work has been extremely professional and friendly. In all cases, in-house estimates were provided and proved accurate. The workers arrived on time and when finished did an excellent clean-up. I would have no hesitation about recommending them to my friends.
