Armando is pretty dishonest. He came over and saw me a disabled woman and really took advantage of me. I had problem with my AC unit. He went up on the roof and changed my capacitor without getting my OK first. He just changed the capacitor and came down and told me the cost was $311.89. He was here less than 20 minutes. I said just for changing a capacitor? The capacitor only costs $7.00 and he never thought in a million years that I knew how much a capacitor costs. He said well you pay us for our expertise. I am attaching a copy of his invoice. Notice how he doesn't separate parts and labor. I will not be using this company again and will let everyone in my complex know to watch out for him! Not only that, I asked him if at least he checked my freon level or other stuff? He said it would cost me another $175 for him to check the freon level.

i hired a c plumbing heating and air conditioning co in harbor city to buy and install a kitchen fauct.they did that but in few days a piece of it came off then the handle fell off . i called the
company and they sent an employee by the name of eddie.
when he arrived i told him that this faucet is defective and needs
replacement instead of repair . he refused to do it and got mad and started using profanity and used the f ....bomb and walked out . i called the company and told them of what happened and demanded an apology from eddie , theyu refused .
by doing that told me that this company does not care about their customers and doed not care if their employees behave in

a bad manner. i will never use this company again and i will not recommend them to any one especially those who have children and listen to eddie's foul language .

The AC compressor kept running; only way to stop it was to turn off the furnace. I called on Monday and they said they could be out here the next day. I wasn't expecting such fast service because I didn't see it as an emergency situation. Unfortunately a January 6 Commission hearing was scheduled for 10:00 on the Tuesday that I really wanted to watch. They were really accommodating about working around that and Armando arrived mid-afternoon. He did a little troubleshooting and in no time had located the problem inside the compressor -- a contactor. Thank you Armando. I highly recommend AC Plumbing!

I had the worth experience with this company. They canceled on me the last minute. I am an owner of apartment building and needed to install A/C unit in one of the unit. After confirming the appointment the receptionist cancel the appointment, She was rude and unpleasant!
I Do not recommend this company, move on and schedule with a reliable company that actually respect their customers. We own several buildings, when you think small - you loose big!

Just experienced another positive experience with this company.
Had a problem with our toilet - - called and Henry appeared at our doorstep twenty minutes later. Quickly diagnosed the problem gave me a complete extremely reasonable estimate including replacement of the shufoff valve which had been leaking unbeknowst to me. Did a great job and the toilet is now working better than ever and left the bathroom cleaner than when he entered.
A great company - would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing work.

AC Plumbing was recommended by the head of my condo's homeowner association, and I can see why. When I mentioned that I had an urgent problem, they rearranged their schedule to arrange to send Henry out right away. When he ran into an issue with some unconventional plumbing in my unit, they send out Eddie to figure things out. Eddie saved the day, and probably saved me upwards of a thousand bucks by figuring out the issue without destroying my shower. I highly recommend AC Plumbing!
