We've been using AC for all of our plumbing repairs and installations since we moved to Hermosa Beach in 2004, and we've always been satisfied with their work. Our most recent experience illustrates why we rely on AC. It involved our gas water heater, which had begun to make a loud popping noise each time it ignited the flame, and the flame itself was making a much louder noise than it it had in the past. AC sent out two plumbers on Saturday to diagnose the problem, and they concluded that although the unit was only 3 1/2 years old, the part that controls the gas and possibly the burner itself needed replacing. They ordered the parts and returned to install them on Thursday. As they were working, my wife asked me if the water heater was under warranty, so I pulled the manual and discovered that, sure enough, there was a 6-year manufacturer's warranty on parts. I went out to ask the plumber about it, and to my surprise he had already taken care of it! He said that AC would submit a claim to the manufacturer. Consequently I was charged for labor only, and AC will be reimbursed for the parts by the manufacturer. That's service!

Can't say enough about Eddie and his crew today! Thank you all for your fast and professional work. Eddie arrived this am and recognized the significance of our water leak and called for a crew to help him get started immediately. They had to dig deep in front of house and front lawn and replaced water line from meter to house. Then they replaced everything beautifully when they were done. Thank you AC Plumbing! You are a reliable, professional and honest company!

Wow! Was I lucky picking these guys. I had used Urso Air and L&R heating and thank goodness L&R couldn't come out for almost 3 weeks and then I as sooo busy they couldn't do an install for a month after that. They told me it could be between $14k-$20k for a while new system and it was unlikely they could just fix it. Make sure you choose wisely out there. Thank goodness for Armando and his son. These guys were able to come the next day and for $245 replaced a transformer and got me cooling off again. Armando was up in my attic for 25 minutes in 135 degree temperatures! He saved the day and is as honest as a hot day without AC is long. No doubt they rely on good word of mouth so I'm giving it here. I also thought I would ask him about how much to replace the entire heating AC system. He estimated around $7k! One half a I one third of what L&R would suggest. Good grief! These guys are the best!

This company was a life saver. We had another company come out and look into our furnace and the repair person immediately said it couldn't be fixed and wrote us an estimate for $3500. I called AC Plumbing based on YELP reviews and they were able to squeeze us in for a service to look at our furnace, deduced the issue and were able to fix it for $900. It was during our rare cold snap and we were really grateful. Their tech, Salvador, was really friendly and professional, too.

AC plumbing has been my go-to service for almost 13 years. They've repaired my gas fireplace line, serviced my septic, and today put in the second of two pressure/thermal regulators in my bathroom. They're on time, fair, respectful, clean, and they've always been honest with their estimates and advice, never nudging me into some service I didn't need. Once again, they have exceeded my expectations, and I thank Eddie and his crew for a job well done. Thanks guys! The work was great, and the shower looks fantastic!

I dumped my last plumber - horrible - and searched for someone good. A friend highly recommended AC Plumbing so I gave them a shot. Eddie came a couple of times for some minor fixes but I could already tell these were the guys for me.

This morning that sentiment was verified. My hot water heater stopped working and I called the office early to see if I could get someone here quickly. Although he already had a full schedule, Eddie called and tried to walk me through resetting the water heater. When that failed, he ran up to the house at his first break. By 9:30 AM my water heater was up and running.

I recently used them to Hydrojet my lines. They are very reliable and they explain things very well. It was an emergency...my plumbing was backing up because the roots from the City's tree were in my pipes. The only way to clear the pipes was to hydrojet. They came out within 24 hours. It took about 5 hours to clear the lines, but it's been fine ever since.

I will always use them for any plumbing needs that I have. They are great to work with.
