Want to take a moment to highly recommend AC Doctors for your cooling heating needs. We had a failing unit when the temperatures were soaring and got an immediate response from the owner, Doug. He and his team were professional and provided excellent service. We had used them previously and they are always reliable and do an excellent job.

I have used AC Doctors since May 2017 for my 300 rental homes and condos through out the Phoenix Metro Valley areas and for my own personal home in Mesa.

I am very pleased at how fast they are to arrive when I call them about an AC issue in the hot summer months of AZ. For Property Managers they offer same day service 24/7.

In addition, I find their prices for replacement AC systems to be the best of any company we shopped for prices, they are always the best price for our properties.

They have excellent customer service with enough certified Techs to handle any job during the hot summer months. They never try to get you into a new unit you do not need or up sale you on anything that is truly not required to get your AC up and running again.

Doug Davis, the Owner is the awesome to work with and if you are an investor of one rental or more you should call this company as you will not be disappointed. They services new homes or existing homes and give great rates to Property Management Companies too.

These folks were amazing from start to finish. Our first tech, Justin, was early for the initial call (AC died). The appointment was set with a time window of 3-5 PM with a promise that they would come earlier if they could. They did. Justin went to bat for us with the manufacturer when it was determined that the part needed (a coil within the air handler) was on back order till September (that first appointment was on July 19th, and we live in Arizona) for non-registered units. We were out of warranty by 1 year because the builder did not register our unit (the normal protocol is for the builder to do the registration, which gives the homeowner a 10 year warranty. No registration means the unit goes to the default warranty of 5 years). He was able to get the manufacturer to give us an air handler at a drastically reduced price. He had the air handler put on hold and schedule our install for 8 AM, July 20th.

The install team of 4 guys showed up 5 minutes early. These guys were efficient and super professional. The lead installer had 11 years of experience (I'm nosy), and the rest of the team had varying degrees of experience. They said my attic was the smallest area they had ever worked in. Yet I never heard one complaint. Just smiles. When the work was done, they had left the work area cleaner then when they started.

By the way, they were referred to me by one of the valley's largest home rental companies. This company owns and manages over 5,000 homes in the Phoenix metroplex. They only use top rated companies. AC Doctors is a company that clearly has amazing follow through. The staff we met were fantastic. I'm writing this review in my 76 degree house with a huge smile and a happy wife! Thanks AC Doctors.

Our air conditioning went out at 9pm this evening. Called A/C doctors and they said they had an opening between 11pm and 1am. Gerardo was at the door at 10:40 pm which impressed us. He diagnosed our problem very quickly, and the air was blowing cold in no time. He was very professional, and we feel the price was fair. We will not hesitate to use this company again.

5 stars all the way ! We emailed and had them come out for an ac check and tune up. I was able to set the whole thing up by email. They showed up on time , if not a few minutes early, charged $39.99 as promised ,and did a thorough inspection . They gave us a list of items that needed to be taken care of and gave us a coupon for $25 off our next service . We called them back a few day later and hired them to take care of the list of repairs . They again showed up on time , took care of everything and took $25 off our total. I highly recommend this company! Hassle free, Prompt, knowledgeable, honest and fair prices . Such a deal

Fantastic company.

Installed a 17-seer, dual-stage system for us recently, with a more-difficult-than-expected attic configuration for the handler (what were these homebuilders thinking, anyway?!), and Doug and his crew didn't miss a beat.

From their initial bid, to pricing, scheduling, to going above and beyond that hot summer night (until 8 or so pm) so that we'd have AC that day, they were very straightforward, and indeed, far exceeded our expectations.

Even threw in a color touchscreen wifi thermostat that I just happened to mention we'd like (and that I fully expected to pay them about $200 for). Now, that's really going above and beyond!

They taught me some of the very basics for Air Conditioning, and have inspired me to make money on my own. Doug was one of the best employers I could have ever asked for. New AC Install: Very satisfied with the service! It was a fairly complicated install into our attic/crawl space. They were even here later than expected due to that, but managed to get the job done (and correctly) so we could have our new AC install completed for the night! We had put in for a rebate with SRP and they handled the paperwork for us promptly and correctly the first time and we got our rebate a few weeks later. We also received a nice little gift card in the mail today thanking us for the business, and OUR time. WOW! A little reminder on getting a free check up for the winter months approaching as well. What else can I say? We had gotten 8 bids on the new AC install and went with AC doctors and I am ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thank you!!!!!!!!

Came home tonight to find my A/C not working and only blowing warm air (barely). Called AC Doctors based on the Yelp reviews, them being local, and having a 24 hour service. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and said the guys could be out in 1.5 hours and would be a $39 trip charge (very reasonable!). The guys showed up early, quickly got to work, found the issue, replaced the part, cooled the motor, rinsed down the filters, spent a lot of time with me explaining what was the problems and gave me some suggestions on what to research when I get to the point of replacing my 10+ year old unit. They did not try to sell me a new one, just offered guidance on what to consider. Great customer service all around!!! An hour after they arrived my house is already 5 degrees cooler!!Definitely would recommend this company and will use them again in the future!

Our A/C stopped working around noon. I started making calls. Other companies cannot come until the following day. A/C doctor technician came in less than two hours. The technician diagnosed the issue within thirty minutes. A/C was frozen possibly due to lack of refrigerant. He let it melt down. He proceeded to check the attic going back and forth to the A/C unit. After an hour he solved the issue. $90 only which included the service call. My A/C unit has not been serviced in more than 10 years. I took the technician's recommendation to replace the capacitor which is something I did in my previous home.
