Parents called me yesterday, and said their shower was clogged. Since I don't live in Carlsbad, I thought I'd call a local independent plumber to take care of the problem. Boy was I glad I called AC plumbing. They showed up on time. Spent a good 1 1/2 hrs unclogging the sewer line. They also cleaned out another sewer line on the other side of the house. They were very proffesional and courteos. I would reccommend them to anybody. And where can you get a drain unclogged for $40? What a screaming deal. For the work they did.

We purchased our first home about a year ago and within a week of moving in, our downstairs shower was not draining. The first plumber came in with a $1700 quote to start and was going to rip up the brand new floors in our family room to jack hammer through the concrete slab and search for the ""crack in the pipe"". We told him to hold off. The next plumber came in with a $2500 to start quote to jack hammer through the concrete under our shower (also having to rip apart the shower) to get to the p-trap where he said the blockage was. We also told him to hold off. Then called AC Plumbing, due to all of the excellent reviews on Yelp, and he came in, got right through the p-trap, and just worked the snake for awhile. Instead of jumping to any conclusions that would cost us a fortune, he actually spent time trying to fix the problem. $40 later and our shower is draining perfectly without ripping up any floors!!

We have since called on Armon 3 times and he has promptly (and stayed very affordable) come to our rescue. Armon is definitely the only plumber we will be calling when we have a problem. We would wait several days just for him if we had to. THANK YOU, ARMON!!!!!!

AC Plumbing is the most knowledgable and honest plumbing company I've used. They responded to a clocked sink a few months ago and handled it quickly for an extremely reasonable fee. They also offered tips on prevention and fixing the clog on my own. Prior to AC, I never had a plumber who provided ""do-it-yourself"" suggestions, possibly reducing their own business. Because of their honesty and great service, I'll refer AC and Armon to all my friends and neighbors in the future.

We just bought our home and within three months a section of the floor started getting warm, then hot. After online research I was pretty sure we had a slab leak. Hired a detection company and confirmed the leak. I decided to have the top 4 plumbers on yelp come give me bids and they all suggested a re-pipe instead of fixing the underground leak (it's just going to happen again in the future). Out of all the plumbers on yelp, AC came with the most confidence and creative options to solve our huge problem. I just got the feeling that they really were here to just help us. Justin came first and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing....cautious but confident in his solutions.

When Armon came, there was no doubt in my mind that these were the right guys and Armon proved it to us throughout the entire process. He was professional and competent but most of all he is honest and truly treated our house as if it was his own. It was a huge project but Armon was steadfast and hardworking, he communicated so well the whole time about what he was finding and what he was going to do. At one point he wasn't sure if he should drill through certain beams, so he called in an engineer to verify that he could drill. I was so impressed that he did this...I couldn't believe that he cared enough to go that extra mile. I am grateful for his honesty and hard work.

I will keep using AC plumbing for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others.

If you're like most people here, you're using Yelp to see what you might expect from a business, and to compare among similar businesses. So, take a few minutes and scroll through the reviews here. Notice that most are 5 star reviews, and the ones that are not, have been addressed personally by Armon Carter, the owner. Many of those upgraded their reviews afterward. This is a business that takes customer satisfaction seriously.

Armon was here earlier today to replace two of the original toilets with high efficiency toilets (Toto Entrada). It's the second time we've used Armon, and couldn't be happier. I had tried researching toilets, and asked about getting a Toto model. He explained that he normally installed a better Toto model, and the price (including installation) was less than I thought it would be for the lesser model. He is thorough, cleans up, and quick. The price is lower than you would expect, and I qualify for a Metropolitan Water District rebate on each model too. I wish I could give a six star rating. You should feel confident that you will have exceptional service using AC Plumbing.

I needed help hooking up the drain on my new cast iron tub and also raising the showerhead. Armon and his apprentice were on time, friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. Not only did they fix the problems I had, they updated my copper fixtures and helped correct some issues I had with mounting the tub (and doing so with the 315 pound tub was quite a pain). They also gave a lot of good tips on how to finish my bathroom renovation. Would use them again and recommend AC Plumbing to anybody.

I am a licensed contractor and I needed a plumber to locate a gas leak for me. Armon showed up on time and located the gas leak for me in no time. I think he should have charged me more than he did! I highly recommend you call AC plumbing for all your plumbing needs. You can't go wrong.

Awesome customer service. I called Friday morning trying to get someone out that day because I has been trying to unclog my drain for 5 days unsuccessfully. Bonnie was super friendly and said they weren't in my area today, and gave me a recommendation to an other plumber. She called me back a few minutes later and said the plumber would be able to make it, and would be driving down from north county on a Friday (who really wants to make that drive), but Armon showed up with a smile, unclogged my sink in record time, super friendly. I have already recommended them to one of my friends, and I would definitely use them again.
