Service from Romeo getting a service man out here today was great! I am disappointed that I have an issue because AC Medics was here less than a month ago to do the 6-month check on HVAC and the first time I put the thermostat on heat it doesn't work.

Well there af on Craigslist stated install for 115 unit was $595 and $695 for 220 plus parts ok and I could buy my own system ! But when he came out to give an estimate said he could put in one I bought but would not honor the warranty! So ok let's play and so how for your installed ? $8000 get the hell off my property ! This is easy as hell to.install and I found the complete unit for $1000 so your telling me for $7000 you could do it and he also asked that I level the area to put the base on ! Felt like hitting that dude right in the mouth! LEAVE NOW!

Our AC was originally installed by the previous company. The techs from AC Medics were extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They explained that our original installation was not complete for our two stage furnace. They came back to complete it and did a great job. Hopefully this will help with our summer bills. The techs did a great job of keeping us informed and cleaned up after going into the roof area.

Very patient with the new owner(s) and the merging of the 2 systems. Like other residents in our area, we pre-paid 2024 with the former owners, but was told AC Medics would honor that payment. They were a no-show on the 1st appt. No call or email. We rescheduled for following week. Owner called to say Tech was running late (we appreciated the heads up). Tech here for over an hour....found issue and said he'd email a cost estimate for repairs in a few hours. No email. Owner called next day to say we'd have estimate over the weekend & wanted our feedback of service so far. Owner stated, their goal was to offer ""5-star service"". This is now week 3 and we've never heard back via email or phone call. Note: The owners who purchased the former company are 2 Doctors and are not HVAC trained. We had no issue with that....but hoping their techs would provide excellent service like we had with original company. Broken business model. We've moved on to another service that responded immediately & repaired.

AC Medics did perform all the work on time and to our satisfaction. The only problem is they sent an invoice with a serious error. The total for work performed was $0.00.

While I appreciate a deal as much as the next guy, I know this job wasn't free. I did email them and speak to them on the phone and have yet to see a corrected invoice.
