PASSION, DEDICATION, & RESILIENCY are characteristics that are seldom associated with an AC company. Which is why AC by J moved me, so much so that I decided to rate them 5-Stars for their amazing workmanship throughout the Valley.

In early August of 2016, I was invited into the office to review an open position, although I did not partake in the open position, I was blown away by their established tenure in the AC industry. It was their attention to detail that left me in awe. The focus on customer service, and customer satisfaction kept me on the edge of my seat, as I looked through countless positive testimonials, and an even more impressive Mission statement that declared their innate purpose; to improve the wellbeing of Arizona residents. I later met the team that was responsible for this great work, and again stood speechless, their trained techs and specialist were clean cut, and trained to be the best.

I've lived in Arizona for well over 10 years now, and have been convinced that AC by J is the only establishment I'd call for AC & plumbing services. For quality is hard to find, but finding an AC company you can trust is even harder. Thank You AC by J, you have truly acquired a new Fan!

I had a great experience with the AC by J. My AC was working almost all the time, but with a little effect. Tim Andersen from AC by J came, did diagnostics and repair and it's cooling now as if it was new. I got a little discount on the refrigerant and wasn't charged for a visit, because they owed me from the last time. I would be pleased to refer the service, because the tech was very knowledgeable, supportive and professional, came on time and had it all fixed in less than an hour. Great job!

AC by Jay came to my rescue a few years back when my air conditioning unit failed. My roommate at the time was stuck at home with my two pets while I was across the country for work. Temperatures started to rise and AC by Jay swooped in after hours to help. They hooked me up with a new AC and a monthly service plan that has been awesome ever since.

Specifically, my most recent technician, Collin, has been fantastic. Always prompt and professional, I feel that his assessment of my AC unit is accurate and never recommends unnecessary maintenance.

I would definitely recommend AC by Jay for your air conditioning needs!

Ac by J came to my home to service my water heater and ac in the past year. The first time they came out last year, Victor came. He was awesome and was very fair and not pushing hard sale. I really respected that concerning the year before I went with ACE and had the worst experience. This year, Ralph came to service my water heater and checked the plumbing in my home. Collin came to service my ac. I am a single female and always have to be concerned if someone doesn't see a male they may try to snowball me. These guys were, polite, honest, respectful and seemed like family. I did have a major problem with one employee of there's before Ralph came to repair my hot water heater. AC by J, immediately responded to my concern about that employee and Ralph was so applogetic and stated that is not their philosophy and rectified the problem. He assured me that he had addressed the concerns about that employee and it will never happen to another customer again. I will recommend this company to anyone. I am on the Board of Directors for my HOA and I am going to make sure our community members know about AC by J. They are fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend them. Ralph, Collin, Victor and other staff, you a good people. Thank you.

Highly recommended as the entire process from start to finish was excellent. Very straightforward in explaining the options to replace the 13 year old system, The installation crew arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous. All work to include 3 new air returns, unit replacement and swamp cooler removal completed in one day.

If you need to call for service or a new system, I would recommend AC by J be at the top of your list!

After 23 years with an AC company I decided to talk to an APS certified vendor and found this company on their list. Great appointment today with technician Tim. He was extremely professional and very informative. I think we got a very thorough check up with good safety recommendations. We decided to get a quote for a new system since ours was 18 years old and definitely not energy efficient. Enjoyed meeting with Tanner to review the products AC by J carry and we decided to go ahead and have a new Daikon system installed. Talk about a professional team! The installation went smoothly and actually included a crane :) to get it into our back yard. The installers were so informative and efficient in their install. Super great experience and we would recommend this company whole heartedly!

Tim did the work on the heat pump and put his all into it. Nice, pleasant and a very hard worker. Not enough words to explain. All companies should have employees like Tim. Thanks Tim. Great job - nice nice guy. Also got to see pictures of his beautiful little girl.

If I could, I would give Ac by J a minus 5 stars for the way their maintenance manager Daniel avoids (female) customers complaints by not returning calls. We had a new A/C unit installed in 2015. Not until we had a heavy rain storm the end of September did we find out that we now have leaks in our family room and bedroom. Because the position of the leaks were directly under the new unit, we called A/C by J. They sent 2 technicians who after inspecting discovered the leaks were the result of the A/C installation and that they needed to get a roofer to help with the repair. We had been trying since October to get this matter resolved. Finally on January 27th they came and allegedly ""fixed"" the problem. Rain storm on January 31st/February 1st proved them wrong. I called on February 2nd and was told ""Daniel is in a meeting"" so I left a message for him to call me. 6 days have passed and no return call. I called today, 2/8 and this time after being put on hold for a few minutes, I was told ""Daniel was on another call"", It has not been (6 days and) 1 1/2 hours and still no call. ( Does he not like dealing with females or Sun City residents). This is the worst Customer service I have ever witnessed.

We have been using AC by J for years for regular maintenance and fixes. When we had a recent AC ""emergency"", they had a tech out to our house within a few hours. The tech fixed the problem, diagnosed the issue and took pictures and a video to document what was found. They have always been professional, affordable and trustworthy. We recommend them to everyone we know.
