This hometown business - yet branches nationally in the cell tower construction division- is no question- the best all-n-one/multi-service establishment one could ask for. They have replaced a faulty French drain for me, I've bought and had installed: Goodman furnace (w/a coil a/c) , tankless water heater, and they will be the ones I call when I'm ready for new bathroom updates/installations, the works. This company has even built a beautiful mid-entry home for me. They are highly-skilled, very honest, very professional, and not out to take advantage of consumers. They will be upfront-they do not pressure- they give recommendations- but don't come across as pushy. I trust them to give me references for other things like - who to call to install a new garage door opener, etc. They have fixed plumbing issues, etc. I fully trust them to be in my home when I'm at work. This business is like a family and you can feel it in their dealings. They are truly appreciative.

I am restoring a home in Culloden. I called Absten & Sons to look at the gas package unit. It was 40 years old. They arrived on time and throughly looked over the entire system. We concluded that the unit needed to be replaced, the ducting system needed to be insulated, and the branch ducts needed to be replaced. That is a large scope of work with a potentially crippling price tag, but that was not the case. They gave me a reasonable price. They ordered the equipment and scheduled the installation for my preferred dates. Chase, Dusty, and Jason performed the installation over a 2 day period working over 10 hours each day. The outdoor temperatures were in the 30s. They were very attentive and focused on the installation and customer satisfaction. The sheet metal work was impressive. The efficiency of installing the new duct work was also impressive. They gave me regular updates throughout each day.

The new unit works extremely well. They made a point of showing me the features of the unit and to explain the maintenance requirements. They included 1 year of free maintenance. I was also surprised with the inclusion of new grills for the air returns and new floor registers. Those were added features to the contract. Their attention to customer satisfaction is impressive. I highly recommend Absten & Sons.
