I received great service and a whole house water system. John and Ryan are great! So far, the water system works very well!

Pretty much the same review as the previous customer. The serviceman, John, came over and started throwing out his spiel on all the things that needed replacing. Because we just bought the house a year ago and were unfamiliar with the system, we fell for it, hook, line and sinker. It ended up costing about 10 times more than we had expected. That would have been bad enough, but in the process of putting in a new filtration system, he unplugged our freezer and forgot to plug it back in. We lost over $400.00 worth of meat, which he promised to reimburse us for, after we called and complained the following day. That was 3 days ago and we've yet to hear anything more from him. Not a happy customer!

This company talks a good game say they will service a Reverse Osmosis system at a really good price but once they start they convince you it needs all new seals and other parts.
Said they could fix my water softener, it lasted two weeks, when I called them back out said now it's not repairable and tried to sell me a new system. I feel they should have warned me up front that the system was old and may not last and saved me the repair costs.
