The other day I posted a less than flattering review about my experience. But I'm happy to repost a much better review. I can't say enough about the three installers, Jacob had a difficult install today but with his experience did an outstanding job. The other 2 installers Matt and Isaiah were both exceptional with a difficult experience. The to manger was great and provided excellent customer service. I can now say that the experience turned out to be very positive.

Our HVAC went out this past Summer. I was on the fence due to the low reviews on yelp. We got several quotes, but their sales team were able to clearly answer my questions. Also their reviews are much better on other sites. Absolute came out and assessed the situation. They explained thoroughly why we needed a new unit and gave a competitive price on a new unit. They have great finance vendors and we were up and running in 3 days!!! The heat has been working great as well. Thank you Absolute!

Well I posted a bad review for Absolute Services plumbing but they have corrected the issue. Katerina is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I am very happy with the outcome to the situation and Absolute has regained my confidence.

0 stars, they are liars and thieves, selling bad products and overcharging for them along with inferior workmanship.They are withholding my refund of $800 since 7/1/24 when the took down garage door springs that were the wrong size, therefore they did not work properly. I have called numerous times to get refund and the check is in the mail! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!! I am a senior citizen on a limited income and I need my money! Guess I will have to sue or take the to small claims court!

Choosing Absolute is BY FAR the worst mistake we've made yet as homeowners. We bought 2 new HVAC systems, air and furnace, after aggressive up selling from the salesman. We haven't had 3 months go by without a problem of some sort. Most of the problems end up taking a week or more to fix. Our current problem, which they've ""fixed"" twice before is now on *DAY 14* of no air, in the middle of a heatwave, and I can't even get a manager, or anyone, to even call me back about a timeline to fix it. I was literally told ""our phones are acting up"" after I called and was left on hold until the worker had to ask twice if I was still there. Absolutely everything they've ever told me was a complete and utter lie, and I'm not sure how the product, the reliability, and especially the service could be Amy worse than it is. Whatever you do, choose literally anyone else but Absolute Services. They absolutely WILL NOT honor whatever it is they are selling you.

I've had this company do over $70,000 worth of work on my house. One service of which was re-plumbing my entire home. 2 days after the work was done, the pipes burst and flooded my basement. They came back and fixed the problem. Now, one year later my basement is flooding again. I wouldn't trust this company to put a pipe cleaner thru a straw. Steer clear. They advertise emergency services and after hour services (of which you have to pay a ""membership"" fee) and here I sit, hours after talking to 3 different representatives and the basement continues to flood.
LIKE I SAID.......STEER CLEAR OF THEM.

Had absolute services come out to clean HVAC vents in April 2023 . Estimate given was for them to run a camera through vents , clean them with truck mounted equipment . What they did was use a cell phone camera to take pictures just inside the vents and a little shop vac to vacuum them out .
That's what we got for $900.00 . Contacted the office 2 times - 1rst time told that someone would call me back within 24 hours . 2nd time was told they sent a message to a supervisor that would contact us . That has been 10 months ago and still no response . NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!

Used their drain cleaning service and 2 techs came out. They were talking about not being able to unclog the pipe before they tried. One tech ran a snake while the other walked around taking pictures of things in the house which I did not agree to. They ran the snake briefly and leaked nasty water everywhere on the floor. Then said they couldn't help any further and left. This will be my last time using Absolute, Jarboes is a better company and does not charge unless the can fix the issue.

Needed repair work. Was told it would be several hours, super hard, blah blah. $$$$
He was done in 1 hour. I was not charged forc1 hour. He said "" flat fee"".
During last tune up, the guy dropped something and there was damage to my hard wood floors and wall. I have been waiting for weeks for compensation.??
