I've had this company do over $70,000 worth of work on my house. One service of which was re-plumbing my entire home. 2 days after the work was done, the pipes burst and flooded my basement. They came back and fixed the problem. Now, one year later my basement is flooding again. I wouldn't trust this company to put a pipe cleaner thru a straw. Steer clear. They advertise emergency services and after hour services (of which you have to pay a ""membership"" fee) and here I sit, hours after talking to 3 different representatives and the basement continues to flood.
LIKE I SAID.......STEER CLEAR OF THEM.

Had absolute services come out to clean HVAC vents in April 2023 . Estimate given was for them to run a camera through vents , clean them with truck mounted equipment . What they did was use a cell phone camera to take pictures just inside the vents and a little shop vac to vacuum them out .
That's what we got for $900.00 . Contacted the office 2 times - 1rst time told that someone would call me back within 24 hours . 2nd time was told they sent a message to a supervisor that would contact us . That has been 10 months ago and still no response . NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!

Used their drain cleaning service and 2 techs came out. They were talking about not being able to unclog the pipe before they tried. One tech ran a snake while the other walked around taking pictures of things in the house which I did not agree to. They ran the snake briefly and leaked nasty water everywhere on the floor. Then said they couldn't help any further and left. This will be my last time using Absolute, Jarboes is a better company and does not charge unless the can fix the issue.

Needed repair work. Was told it would be several hours, super hard, blah blah. $$$$
He was done in 1 hour. I was not charged forc1 hour. He said "" flat fee"".
During last tune up, the guy dropped something and there was damage to my hard wood floors and wall. I have been waiting for weeks for compensation.??

unprofessional and wasted my boyfriends time not once but twice he was supposed to work there and the first time they got the time wrong for him to come in and he sat there for An hour and was told to go home then he went to work and was on a ride along and the guy that he was riding with was extremely racist and unprofessional. Then he goes in the next day and is told that the guy he rode along with basically trash talked my husband work ethic And called him lazy and said my husband was on his phone but my husbands phone doesnt work unless he has a hotspot and the worker that he was with gave him hot spot so I'm just trying to understand why my husband had to ride out there and waste his time and gas 2 times now when it could've been an email. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WASTE OF TIME.

I called to get an estimate for unclogging a toilet. First the rep said I would have to replace my entire toilet. The estimate was almost $600.00 not including replacement. I found my drain snake from Lowes that cost $15 amd fixed it for free. I am elderly and disabled so I thought to get help. No way at that price. They also gave me an estimate for $3,000 for kitchen sink repair. This also included a maintenance plan that was pushed hard. Maybe I'm out of touch with current pricing, but I felt like they were really taking advantage of me. I declined their estimate

We had the faucet for the kitchen and they charged $590.00 to install a faucet. There was nothing under the cabinet. I think this is a grossly overpriced deal. On top of that they don't show up on time!

Absolute waste of my time and money they upcharge eight times the amount of what the parts cost their prices are outrageous if you don't have at least $1,000 that you don't want back then don't call them

I would not recommend this company at all. They were hired to unclog pipes and they ended up busting a drain pipe while doing so. The busted pipe caused extensive damage to the ceiling on the lower floor. They refused to pay for the damage they caused by claiming we had signed a disclosure form before the work was done. Problem is we were NEVER given a disclosure form to review let alone sign. Someone at the company forged the form and they tried to claim we had signed it. When we brought this to Justin's attention, even in light of the company's fraudulent actions, he didn't change his stance and still refused to rectify the problem they caused. We will have to seek recourse through the legal system. Shameful on their part.

My review of Absolute Services is Absolutely Fabulous. Travis Harvey did a great job of putting what all I needed done. It started with problems with my electrical box, this was a panel rejuvenation which fixed my pblms with my lights going out & getting several wall circuits for my kitchen, bathroom, living room for Christmas & computer room (man I got rid of a few extra extension cords) & why now it no longer looks cluttered & lot easier to trace where everything is plugged in. Also got extra outlets for the outside at Christmas time (yay). I also re did all my smoke alarms. On Monday I had my garage door fixed, luckily I did not have to have a door but all the other repairs done & today I had my nasty dryer vents cleaned out. So glad I did about 2 yrs ago my neighbors house had a small fire due to the vents not being cleaned, by the way I did sign with a service contract & so glad I did. Maybe this is one way to keep my house up to date. The whole crew did a fantastic job! Well Done!
