We had a very sudden sewer line back up at our business in Rancho Cordova on a Friday morning. Completely frazzled I googled a local plumber and chose Absolute Rooter & Plumbing because their response time was 10 minutes or less. I called the number listed on the website and immediately spoke with Kareem at 10:15am. He was kind, knowlegeable and funny on the phone as I explained to him the issues at hand. Although at that moment he was at another jobsite he said he would personally be at our shop between 10:30 & 11:30. At 11:10am Kareem walked through our door! We were immediately impressed that he was able to arrive so quickly within the timeframe he quoted. Our company is also a construction/contractor based business so we know that an emergency call-in request can be difficult to immediately respond to. After a quick assessment of the issue Kareem quickly came inside and very thoroughly explained to myself, then to my boss (business owner) via telephone what the problem was and the steps of the intended repair. Five minutes later he had already prepared a proposal/estimate that was reasonably priced, so I signed. He promised that he could have the problem solved same day, however he needed to go and pick up some extra equipment and machinery in order to complete the scope of work. At that time he also had another appointment to get to, but promised to return. I also had to add another element of difficulty by explaining that our office closes at 3:30. He said ""No problem! It is going to cut it close, but I got you""! At 3:08 Kareem, his machinery and a helper returned to our shop and immediately got to work. At 3:27 he popped his head in the door and said ""we are all done you can lock up""!! Again, we were so impressed that he was able to get the line clear and properly working so quickly, while also very obviously respecting our time and business hours. He went above and beyond for us, and we will definitely be calling Absolute in the future for any and all plumbing needs both in the shop, and our personal homes. Highly recommend their service to anyone in need! Thank you Kareem and team at Absolute for making a gross situation as painless as possible!

We cannot say enough good things about them. Our business had a backed up sink and I called a different plumbing service who came out and charged me $500 to tell me that I needed to call someone else because they couldn't fix it. I found Absolute Rooter and Kareem came out that same day. The issue turned out to be quite an undertaking, but he worked with our property management and got it fixed it record time. I wish I would have found them first, but if I ever have any other plumbing needs, personal or commercial, they will be the first people I call.

Fast, friendly & efficient service.

First let me say they scheduled quick and arrived quick both times we have used them. The first time they came out, the water heater had to be replaced and they did it very quickly and we're very friendly. The second time they came out fast to re-light my pilot light that had blown out & I couldn't get going again.

I had a sewage leak under my house. Absolute was the first business I contacted. The technician was very nice but gave a lot of incorrect information. He didn't look at the the City Sewage pipe. He told me that the leak was happening for months although I only not iced the odor two days before that. He gave me a quote of $7,800 to remove the 3' of broken pipe and dry out the flooding.
Fortunately I got a second opinion. The other plumber, from JR Putman, did check the plumbing line from the sewer district. This was what caused the pipe to be stressed at a previous job to break. He contacted the sewer district for me and they were out that day. The cost to remove and replace the faulty pipe is almost $3,000 less. The plumber also told me that the leak happened over a few days.
I wouldn't recommend Absolute plumbing to anyone. Also, always get several bids on any project.

Our house is old and had old pipes that were leaking and needed to be replaced immediately. We had two of their gentlemen come out and they got it fixed for us. They were very responsive and kept to their work to get it done ASAP. Kind, respectful, and informative.
