If you are looking for a quality plumber that is on time, reasonably priced and does a wonderful job..look no further. Ameer is awesome! He not only answered all my millions of questions, he did the job with a smile too. He was prompt and really professional. I called them early saturday afternoon, hoping they can come asap to unblock a sewage overflow in our front yard. They gave me a quote over the phone and came within an hour. Ameer was professional, polite and very quick to finish the work. He was diligent in testing out sewage system after the unblocking and cleaned up before he left. Would definitely recommend!

I searched yelp for professional plumbers to fix my leaking shower head (I tried Amazon service and the guy worked for 2 hours but cannot fix it and advised me to find a professional plumber and he said based on his experience the wall needs to be opened and the valve needs to be changed and it will cost about 1500 dollars, he still charged me 62 for the unfinished work, never try Amazon service again!!!). The shower leaking was getting worse after that, so I texted and called several companies on yelp and chose Absolute Pro Plumbing as Ameer was the only one can come by the same day. Ameer came within 2 hours after I called him and quickly fixed it for just 10 minutes without opening the wall and help me saved more than thousand dollars. So I decided to ask him if he can do the copper re-pipe and change the water heater for my house which I have been thinking about it for several months. He again quickly gave me a quote with a very reasonable price and was able to schedule the work within three days. Ameer and his crew came on time that day and finished the work within a day. The next day I asked Ameer if he can do the isolation for all the hot water pipes as I'd like to save energy (which I didn't mentioned before). He said yes without hesitation and came and did all the isolation in two days without any extra charges. More than that Ameer also helped to fix my toilet in guest bathroom which I found leaking the other day, again without any extra charges.

Ameer is very communicative, professional, quick response and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Ameer and Absolute Pro Plumbing!!!

We had a serious clog in the bathroom drain. It laughed at our efforts to remove it. I saw Ameer was available on the weekend, sent a message, and got a response fast. Ameer responded within minutes to my query thru yelp and came out to look at my backyard water leak same day and within the appointment timeframe. took his time to look at the yard and try to assess where the leak might be coming from. he gave some good pointers. unfortunately, he couldn't do the job as the leak seem to be under the lawn and it may require re-sodding a large portion which he doesn't do. that to me indicates that he is very upfront and honest. he spent about 20 minutes. no charge.

So, I'll tell you my saga...

I had been smelling gas in my bedroom off and on for a while. The first time I called PG&E was 2010, they couldn't find anything, I thought I was crazy... finally had a day last week where I could actually smell the gas. Called PG&E, they came right over, yes lady, you have a leak! Yay, gas was turned off, everything is now safe.

Now I needed to get it fixed. Talked to a Amir here, he said, ""We can fix it, but you need to get the leak detected first. We can't fix it until we know where it is"". Sounded reasonable, so I called a leak detection company - ""We can't get anyone there until next Monday"". Ok, called the next one, and the next one and the next one, finally found one that would come the same night.

""Lady, you have 70-year old galvanized pipe, we can't fix it, have to do a full replace. I'll have my boss get you a bid"". Ok, also sounded reasonable - at this point, my gas has been off for 48 hours - no hot shower (it's amazing how much we take that for granted!). I wanted a couple of other bids, so I called a couple of other places. Amir had been the first person to give me any kind of straight answer, so I asked him for a bid as well.

Amir's bid came in the lowest, and he could start the soonest, I gave him a shot. Amazing work, asked all the right questions, got things done and inspected, didn't assume that I was stupid because I'm a woman, just generally all-around pleasure to work with. I'm so happy with the job.
