Jason came by on his day off to give me a quote on replacing the shut off valve for the house. He was able to schedule the repair within a few days and got it done quickly and at a fair price!

He also gave me some sound advice on our concerns about our bathroom plumbing and our water heater. He's very down to earth and trustworthy. I'm definitely calling him if anything comes up in the future.

I had to do an emergency re-piping of the house, so I called a few plumbers to come take a look and give me an estimate. They came on time, and then took their time to look at the job. Their quote was fair (neither the cheapest nor the most expensive).

I saw them work, and while I'm no plumber I've done/seen enough reno to spot somebody who takes pride in a work well done. They took their time to do the job right (went about 1.5 day longer than anticipated), and were courteous and clean throughout.

I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants a trustworthy plumber who knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work.

Absolute Pro Plumbing is as good as it gets. I ended up having Jason come out twice to help me with a gas line issue. He was very professional, quick to respond to my phone calls, and friendly. He answered all my questions patiently, which is saying something, because I know nothing about plumbing or gas lines. He was also efficient in doing his work, keeping the cost to a minimum. I was totally satisfied with the project, and would use Absolute Pro Plumbing again for sure. You don't have to worry about being ripped off or having them leave the job unfinished - these guys are first rate!

Jason and Tony have done a great job replacing our old sewer lines. When they came over for the estimate, they were very courteous and spent almost an hour diagnosing the problem and answering all our questions. Jason was very knowledgeable and honest. Although their quote was higher than others, we still decided to choose them and it turned out their work quality was great! It was a five-day job. They worked very hard and cleaned up every day before leaving. Jason also offered help and advice on getting us a permit. We are very happy about the work! It's our best experience with a contractor. Jason and his assistant Tony are awesome! Their work ethic is superb and Jason's knowledge of the plumbing trade is vast; making the customer feel good about their decision in hiring Absolute Pro Plumbing! In addition to their professional plumbing standards, their customer service approach is top notch! While most plumbers fix only the contractual plumbing issues-Jason took initiative to repair and reinforce pipes, cabinets, a lamp I had broke, and their clean up standard is quality...so good that I was inclined to inquire if I could hire them for house cleaning. I feel it's also important to point out that unlike other plumbers, Jason makes sure that the job is completely done with the best work out there-he doesn't leave you with holes and exposed pipe and your home will look better than before they arrived: plumbing, rerouting, sheet rock, stucco, texturing, painting! Not to mention that they clear out cabinets and closets and are more than willing to put all of the items back! When Jason and Tony wrapped up their 6 days of work at our home (major reroute) we were so impressed that we sent them on over to our parent's home for a very minor kitchen leak! Jason from Absolute Pro Plumbing exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend his company. He repaired a slab leak in our kitchen on a Saturday because he didn't want us to be without hot water! He tented the area, kept concrete debris vacuumed, used silver to solder the new copper pipe for added strength, used the heavest pipe wrap available and then did a beautiful job with the concrete patch and returned after the concrete cured to replace the vinyl flooring! He cleaned all the aerators and checked all the faucets for water flow before leaving. He arrived on time and returned phone calls very quickly. We had him come back to replace all the ""frozen"" water shut off valves in the house, and he will be returning to replace the main incoming shut off valve.
Jason delivers on the promise of his company name ""Absolute Pro""! We highly recommend this company and are very pleased to have found an honest, reliable, professional plumber in Fremont.

It's s small business with 2 great young guys. Jason is the boss. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Tony, the second guy, seems newer on the job but does a great job, and doesn't complain.
I had 3 things to fix: 2 toilets and one sink. I forgot to move my stuff out of the way, under the sink, and Tony had no problem to work like this. When I saw I immediately moved the mess out of the way and he was so nice thanking me and saying that I didn't need to do it. Even it was my fault he did everything possible to not make me fell like a jerk.
They explained me what else was wrong and made recommendations what to do. The installation was old and not safe. Jason had to go and buy stuff for things that were not in plan to be done. Still the job continued to move along and all was done as planned in 1.5 hours, everything at a very affordable price.

I had the other sink done by a different guy which charged me more and took him 1.5 hours just for that.

I have to say that first second I saw them at the door with the tattoos and saggy pants I got scared, but the next second after they recommended themselves, shook my hand, covered their shoes and start working... my jaw dropped. They are very very polite, clean, professional and ready to go the extra mile to help, make recommendations and be sure the customer is happy.

I'm a man so the most important thing for me was the great job they did, and that they did it in time and at affordable price, but I think that the ladies will be impressed of those 2 gentlemen behavior, too.

The arrived on time for the schedule appointment. of cousre, they offered resonable prices not like others supplier. We care about safty issue not, only cost.

I have a leak in my hot water pipe under the concrete slab inside my home, I am waiting for the insurance company to stop lagging and get in here to tell me what they will cover..... In the mean time the leak was getting worse and gallons and gallons of water was being wasted not to mention my water bill going sky high! I called Absolute Plumbing this morning and Jason came out right away, he also showed up exactly the time he said he would. He is very knowledgable, polite and thorough! He capped my hot water line for the kitchen so it wouldn't leak anymore, and he made sure that we still have hot water for showers in the bathrooms. Jason was amazing and extremly helpful, he knows exactly what he is doing! He is a great plumber, honest, thorough, does not cut corners and price was so reasonable! Once my Insurance company finalizes their decision, I still have plumbing work to be done, I will for sure have Jason do the work. I just can't express how great he was! I highly recomment Jason and his company Absolute Plumbing you will get great, honest and dependable service from Jason. I am a truly happy and relieved customer for sure!
