As a healthcare provider I value great customer service. I had an issue with my bathroom toilet and leak in my basement and after calling a few companies without any return I tried Absolute Precision. Dave answered right away early in the morning and put me in the books as soon as he could. Kitchen faucet broke and I needed it replaced asap. I called another plumber in town first and left a message but they didn't get back to me until much later. In the meantime I called Dave and he got as much info from me as he could over the phone and made some time for me same day. He was very professional and CLEAN! He wore the boot covers without us asking which was great because we don't wear shoes in the house. Got the job done well and quickly. Glad I found him and will definitely use him again.
