Left an ugly line on the lawn and didn't bother adding new dirt like they said they would. Created and left a pipe sticking out of the lawn which is a tripping hazzard for anybody, especially young kids, and they still expect to get paid in full for awful work. Find someone else that takes pride in how they leave their job for their customers, and would try to resolve any reasonable problems brought up to create a compromise.

Oudoor shower leaked after repair by Absolute Plumbing previous summer.
Removed exterior trim and found a separated copper fitting.
Called Absolute Plumbing since repair may be defective and they were familiar with the situation.
It was determined that cold weather could have caused issue. - no problem.
Repairmen wanted to cut interior drywall (making repair easy) and said it would ""only be about $400 to fix drywall"". I refused since fitting could be soldered from outside. Many attempts were made by repairman since he ""had not soldered copper for some time"". Mis-measurements we part of his problem. Repair required 2 ea. 1/2"" copper fittings (Home Depot cost: $0.71 ea.) Total time billed was 1.75 hrs @ 2 techs, plus $25 for ""misc. copper fittings"". Valve assembly and replacement of trim left to me.
Payment of $369.92 was demanded on site: ""cash, check, credit card - no options"". Had cash, but they had no change, so I was billed. I suggest avoiding if repair requires repair of copper pipe.
ABSOLUTELY AVOID PLUMBING - no reviews allowed on their slick website.

I called Absolute Plumbing because I had a squealing coming from both my showers. The person on the phone did say that it would be $180 and $85 for travel fee. I agreed expecting them to fix the problem. The plumber changed something on the shower head which took 10 mins and that was it. The problem was not fixed. There is still a squealing sound coming out of both showers. Also the nobs were not turning which was not fixed either. If you agree to use the company and pay the fees you would expect that the problem would be fixed. The company refused to adjust the price for no service at all. I would not recommend this company. You'll end up paying $285.00 for a 10 min visit with no results. The plumber was a nice guy though.

After they agreed to visit the property and evaluate an existing filter system (visual plumbing) they left after 20 minutes. Instead of an estimate to fix the problem, I received- sorry we do not work on other people's systems. Then they sent an invoice. Since they knew the situation prior to dispatch, this is questionable integrity. This speaks to the business practices of the front office. Pass on any future use of this company.

This company was hired through Lowe's to remove a toilet, and added installation of a vanity and two faucets. The first day a man came, took out my toilet, put it in a black plastic bag and left it on my wood floor leaking, and left. The flooring guy and my husband had to put it outside, and clean up the water. Second time to my house two boys showed, put the toilet in and said they didn't have time for the vanity and left. Third time, two new boys showed up put in the vanity, and faucets, left and the pipes were leaking. I called, they came back, left again and it was leaking again, came back the fifth time fixed the leak and chipped the sink on my brand new double vanity that weighed 350 pounds, and left. They also said they didn't have any silicone in the truck and left the back off the vanity. I called and left a message asking if and when they'd be back to fix the sink. No call back just a bill in the mail! I wouldn't recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars. They were contracted through Lowe's to do some measurements for an appliance installation in my home. They were supposed to be at my home between 10 AM and 12 PM. I thought someone would give me a courtesy call to let me know when they were in route. Like most people, I have a job, and getting time off can be challenging. However, I was able to be within five minutes of my home to allow myself to allow myself time to get home in a timely manner for the scheduled appointment. It was nearing 1020, and I hadn't heard anything from Absolute Plumbing. I thought that was odd, so I decided to just go home I entered my home at 1031 (time verified through my alarm system). I set around waiting, decided to watch Netflix, and then I realized it was noon. No Absolute Plumbing to be seen or heard from (I think I actually saw tumbleweed rolled past my house). I gave them a call to find out what happened. The receptionist said someone came and waited at my house for 30 to 40 minutes. If the window is between 10 and 12, and I entered my home at 1031, did the guy teleport from my home because I did not see him?! I asked the young lady why didn't he call because I was in the area? I was told he called, and I had her verify my number. HMM, odd..... my phone never rang and my Fitbit never vibrated for this ""call"" that was supposedly made to me. Then she said, ""well someone answered the phone and said it was the wrong number"" (thought no one answered my phone when it was called?). She then tried to re-explain to me that the policy is to wait 15 to 20 minutes then the guy is required to leave (but I thought he waited 30 to 40 minutes?). I asked her what time the guy came by...:Crickets:....So basically, you're lying to me. Cute. This whole experience was very unprofessional, unnecessary, and gross. I'm actually glad they didn't enter my home because they probably would have tried to price gouge me.

I have used Absolute Plumbing twice with the same response. They were thorough, knowledgeable and on time. This family operation is a credit through every level as they work as teams with an easy congenial attitude that was a pleasure to have in your home.

I love Absolute Plumbing! My tenant called with a leak under the kitchen sink. We were in the middle of a snow storm and I called Absolute Plumbing. Colton and Isiah came out and installed a new faucet. They were professional and they new what they were doing. I'm very happy!
