My experience with Absolute started off as a frantic call over the weekend at 8am for the waterfall that was coming out of my ceiling light into the floor. They arrived fast and fixed the issue. Fast forward a month later, I decided to remove ALL the QUEST piping. (thoughts and prayers if this is still your situation)
They took such attention to detail and were very careful when removing furniture, prepping the area and preserving the drywall cutouts. They let me know each day what they'd be doing and when they'd be on site. Very well mannered folks as well. I'll miss the crew when they're gone, but boy do I sure hope they never have to come back. :-). They're ABSOLUTELY the first call i'll make for anything plumbing related going forward. (forgive the pun, i had to)

I woke up on Friday morning to a leak underneath our kitchen. After calling around to a half dozen plumbers and getting no availability at one and voicemail, a few times followed by ""the voicemail box is full and is not accepting messages"", at the others, I called Absolute Plumbing OBX. They promptly answered the phone, were very professional and sent out a plumber to fix our leak the same day. I also felt like their pricing was very fair. The plumber ""Early"" who showed up was very friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend them.

Beware before using this company. They will charge you for services they didn't do. I personally would look elsewhere.

We found Ken and Kevin were excellent. Ken came and did a full estimate on all the work we wanted and we had the quote the next day. Kevin came out to do an immediate change of our kitchen faucet, very friendly, and worked quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely use them again. I jokingly mentioned to Sara that works at the office that we were down to our last roll of TP and could not find it anywhere. She emailed me shortly after and said to stop at the office and pickup some. When I got there she had 6 rolls, I started to take one and she said, ""no take all of them""! So very kind and what a blessing! Wonderful company with kindness and compassion AND quality work and professionalism.

Once again your company came to my rescue! My brother was scheduled to help me winterize but he got sent to OK. My hubby is in the hospital in FL so I called your office. Sarah explained all the details and gave me a quote. JOE arrived at the house Sunday, called me and did the work. I know I can always count on your company to be there when needed! I found them to be very expensive. I made the mistake of not having a clear understanding up front of what they were to charge. They then attempted to charge interest not supported by any agreement.
