Rating is based on value. The jury is out on the work actually done... I'll know more if problems recur in the next 6 months. Absolute Plumbing took 3 trips and $630 to repair two toilets. They left the toilet of my master bath out of service over the weekend (said it was to avoid charging me overtime... they came out on Friday afternoon and did not have the parts/time to finish the job before 5pm). Not sure how their prices compare to others, but the value for minor repairs (the stuff you can get from Lowe's) gave me "sticker shock". Out of fairness and balance... no complaints as of 1 day post job on the quality of their work or the professionalism of their staff. My overall recommendation... watch a you tube video and make a trip to Lowe's... will save you about 75%.

These guys are hands down the absolute best. Have used them multiple times & will use them again without question. I typically shop around for prices, but am 100% comfortable using Brian & absolute as their quality of work & professionalism shows every time I use them.

I had an emergency need for a plumber last night after hours of course. I called the ones I knew and they lacked any element of willingness to send someone out and two promised to call me when their plumber finished the job they were on. Neither called back as promised. I got a recommendation for Absolute Plumbing in Flower Mound. I called and was promised a return call shortly. I got a call back in 2 minutes. The plumber and co-owner (with his wife) Michael Le Clair came out. I am deleting all other plumbers in my contacts! He was highly professional, informative, knowledgable. The job was done with the skill of a tradesman who takes pride in his work. But there is a bonus to his character. He is an ultra-marathon runner who likes to combine his races with charity runs. He raises funds for a group that raises & trains service dogs for disabled Veterans www.rebuildingwarriors.com . The dogs are then given free to the Vets. He is behind this venture with a vengeance. I don't normally go out of my way to endorse businesses unless they are above and beyond the rest. If you have plumbing needs, I can't recommend Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound enough. Please give them a try when you need a plumber next time. They just started a FB page and could use some "likes" if you're so inclined. Had them clear sewer clog for almost 200 bucks. Less than 4 days stuff was coming out of the ground. Not covered. Just a heads up. You pay before you get the invoice, once you have the invoice in small print on the bottom the invoice advises you only have 48 hours for warranty. It would have been more professional to explain this to a client ahead of time. Since I have to pay again anyway, I am using a different company.

I called Absolute this morning and was told they were booked up for the next 4 days straight. They were kind enough however to direct me to my town's website for a list of plumbers. She even took the time to walk me through the website to find the list. I wasn't able to experience their plumbing expertise, but I'll definintely call Absolute again for any future plumbing needs!!

I was looking for a local plumbing company, and saw good reviews for Absolute Plumbing so I called. Received a convenient and fast appointment, they arrived on time, and fixed the problems for less than $150. I was thrilled. They don't work on commission (like some of the big names who advertise on tv do, one of which I got sold an expensive new toilet that we probably didn't truly need a few months prior)- and my technician (Michael) seemed very honest. I will definitely call Absolute for future plumbing service needs and I highly recommend! Nice to have a local, honest, dependable service!

Absolute Plumbing worked in our home on a bathroom remodel that involved many steps and procedures. In every aspect of the job, they were very professional and a real pleasure to work with.

From the project bid to job completion, all work was done as scheduled, on time, and with a attitude of perfection. Town code inspections passed without any hitches.

This remodel was an extreme makeover, and we could not be more pleased with Michael LeClair and support staff. The outcome of all plumbing work exceeded my expectations.

Had a hot water heater that wouldn't stay lit (gas). C&W Plumbing backed out of their scheduled appointment with only 4 hours' notice, so I called Absolute.

Brian came that afternoon. Great attitude and professionalism. He tried 2 ways to repair based on the manufacturer's directions, removed the repair that wasn't needed, and only charged me for the repair that worked. I'll call Absolute first next time!

The serviceman was able to do the repair on the same day I called. He gave us a call before he arrived and fixed the faucet in half an hour. Friendly and quick...I would hire them again.

I purchased a new washer/dryer and the delivery people said I needed a plumber to repair my faucet to connect my washer. I called Absolute Plumbing and they worked me in which was great. The plumber said I didn't need to repair the faucet, connected my washer and did what he needed to do to get it running. The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and was done in no time. This was great and honest customer service at it's best! I will be using Absolute Plumbing for any other needs and would recommend this company to anyone.
