I needed my water faucet replaced and called around to multiple different plumbers for information on replacing it. I also asked around, and my friend recommended Gerald to me. He carved out some time to come help me, despite their very busy schedule. He also charged me less than what the other companies quoted me. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely call him, if/when I need plumbing help again!

Gerald is my guy! He called me the same day I made my initial phone call to him and continued to communicate with me in an honest and timely manner throughout the repair. He advised me on where to buy a new kitchen faucet and talked me through the repair. He was polite and worked quickly and efficiently with his employee, John. To boot, his pricing was more than fair AND when I inquired about referrals for my fence and electrical issues he provided several contacts he knew personally and trusted. Gerald is fantastic. He's knowledgeable, does excellent work quickly, is always on time, and charges fair prices. He has done several jobs around my house over the past 2 years. In each case, the new piping is tidy and straight, with conveniently-placed valves and great-looking joints. It is clear that he takes pride in his work.

The crew ran into some complications with our existing plumbing and worked diligently to get things done right. This review is long overdue but as we're looking to complete the 2nd phase of our outdoor renovation I'm reminded of how great a find Gerald was for us. We were looking to install a gas line from the main to where we are installing a new fire pit and found APS on Yelp. Gerald answered the call & was able to quickly come out to take a look at our project the same day because he lived just around the corner from us! He didn't try to up sell us on anything or charge an arm & a leg for the job. His price was fair & he was able to complete the job with 1 of his workers within the same week! They did a phenomenal job & was very transparent with the work they had done. He even found my pocket knife buried in the backyard and put it on my back porch with a note letting me know they found it which I thought was the sweetest! He will be the person we go to for all of our plumbing needs!! :)

I was at my sisters house and her sink faucet was making a crazy noise. Called around, Gerald said he would be out in the morning. He fixed her sink no problem! He checked and fixed a few other potential issues while he was there and was on his way in less than an hour. Super fast, very nice and knowledgeable.

Gerald was wonderful. He set up one of his people, Joel, to come the very next day after I reached out to take care of adding a spigot to the back of my house. Joel showed up on time and performed the work very quick and at a reasonable cost. I can't believe how quick Gerald was able to get someone out. Thumbs up!

I hate to have my very first Yelp review be poor, but we tried three times in the span of five days to reach anybody at this company. All we were greeted with each time we tried was voice mail (Gerald's) and, to our knowledge, never received a return call. We REALLY wanted to speak with him based on reviews here, because we have a bit of an issue and we need somebody very good to address it, but five days of no response is too much.

We realize he is a single individual, and not a large, multi-employee plumbing business (something we're trying to move away from, actually), and that he may have personal issues that might be occupying him (apologies if that turns out to be the case). Still, he is an advertised business, and we do not think it unreasonable to expect a certain level of presence when customers call.

Sorry, Gerald. We were looking forward to speaking with you, and it would have been great to do business with somebody who is literally minutes away from us, but I guess we have to move on.

Gerald is awesome! He went out of his way to come over within an hour or so of us calling regarding our leaking shower pipe. He tightened a few things and showed us what we could replace on our own to help the drainage in our old pipes - and didn't charge us anything! He also walked us through how to do a couple of other small plumbing projects around the house. He very easily could have charged us hundreds of dollars, but instead he explained how to do each project and what parts to get and offered to come back and check our work if we ran into any problems. Stand up guy that I would highly recommend!
