Just had a wonderful experience dealing with Justin from Absolute Plumbing. During the coldest time of the year my hot water heater died. I was sure anyone I called would determine I would need a new hot water heater. Previous plumbing issues cost me a fortune by a guy who told me my wife was hot and charged me outrageously. Justin showed up on time, replaced the part with one on his truck and charged me an extremely fair price. He also gave me some insight into extending the life of my water heater. It's great to know I now have my plumbing company for any future plumbing issues.

Not sure why this company is contracted by Any home warranty or in business to be honest - but I had the bad luck of getting routed to them from home warranty. Seemed nice at first - but as soon as there is a problem with THIER Work - justin became very rude and was not willing to listen or admit his wrong doing. Kept referring me Back to the home warranty for another work order - I'm not going to pay another fee for Justin's mistake - nor do I want him back to try and fix anything. I'm not a plumber that is why I contacted home warranty when sink was stopped up. Justin did not diagnose or even look for the real problem and did a quick job of what was noticeable at first look - sink backed up and rice in garbage disposal (so he cleaned out garbage disposal and fixed our water pressure - water pressure we did NOT have an issue with or put in the ""work order"" he kept referencing). Well then our entire basement was filled with water due to a pipe gushing. Justin was condescending, unprofessional, and plain rude when talking to him about the REAL issue stating we didn't call him out for that - well uh yeah kinda did but he didn't bother looking for the REAL problem causing the sink to back up. When I told him I can see why he has so many bad reviews he said ""yeah I know"" and then something along the lines of ""we don't know what we are talking about and don't listen"". So yeah - awesome job there absolute plumbing for absolutely nothing! Listen to the reviews - do not use this company or Justin. So many bad reviews isn't because us ""non plumbers"" don't know what we are talking about it's because they do a crappy job!

I hate plumbing problems but I LOVE working with Absolute Plumbing. I won't bore you with the details but they absolutely saved me after another plumbing company gave me the runaround and left me unable to use my kitchen sink for almost 2 weeks. Justin booked me immediately and replaced my old disposal, working which the utmost professionalism. I called Justin today with another issue I was having. He happened to have a cancellation and got me in same day. Turns out there was a switch I could flip and to fix the problem. He educated me without making me feel like an idiot and showed me how to work with it of the problem happens again. I would recommend Justin to anyone!!

My experience has been just like all the others' between yelp and google. Justin from Absolute was assigned to me by my warranty company; first two years ago to replace a garbage disposal then again this week for the hot water heater.

With the first job, the electrician working on the wiring called and told me he was concerned about the plumber's work not being safe or accurate. When I called Absolute, he wouldn't return my phone call and told AHS it was the electrician's fault and refused to go back out to the house and double check his work. I ended up having to hire a reputable company to come out, and they confirmed what the electrician had- a shotty job.

Second experience, the warranty company unfortunately sent Justin from Absolute out to fix a leak with the water heater. The tenant told me he was in a hurry and blamed his inability to fix the issue on a tight space and poor work from another professional. Told her to keep an eye on the leak. When I spoke to him, he said the water heater was illegally installed, nothing was covered under warranty, and there was nothing he could do.

I got a call from the tenant that evening who told me the leak had become much worse since he replaced a pipe. When I called Justin and asked for him to come back out, he immediately got defensive and told me he had already told my warranty company the home systems were illegal and couldn't legally work on them. He then hung up on me. I'm not sure how a person like that sleeps at night.

I was referred to Absolute Plumbing by my home warranty company. My sewer was backed up, which it does every year because of tree roots. I have had many plumbers out to fix this issue and they have all been helpful and always finish the job. Justin from Absolute came out and unclogged my drain the day after I called. It took him about 5 minutes to clear out the tree roots. He kept stating that my warranty company does not guarantee tree roots so if it backs up again in two weeks I would have to pay to have it snaked again. 24 hours rolls around and my line is backed up again with shit water. I call Justin to come back out since it has ONLY been 24 hours and obviously he didn't get all of the clog removed. He stated that my warranty company does not guarantee the tree roots and referred me to another company that would only charge me $99 to snake the drain. What? The tree roots did not grow back into my line overnight! Shame on you Justin for not coming back out and unclogging my drain. I work full time and I support my two teenage kids on my own...I can't afford to pay someone another 100.00 to come out and finish your job, the one I just paid you $140.00 to complete. So I sit here until payday with shit water on my floor. Thank you Justin for your great customer service and your inability to finish the job I paid you to do. I will never use this company for my plumbing needs again.

I was given this company thru my warranty company. Stay away! Technician goes out and states he notices other issues that are not on work order. The work order clearly states leaks as the issue. What? The issue he claims he found was a leak. He doesn't know how to fix it?
What? Why did you take the call? I call the office and Justin, the technician, answers. I ask if I can get my items transferred over to another contractor....he just talks over me and hangs up. Items not fixed, rude technician, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not let them in your house. They do not fix anything! I swear I felt like the way he was talking was like someone from a horror movie....like he was changing faces. Reminded me of the movie ""Split"". Just weird.

Had Justin out to fix a kitchen faucet. Told me it needed replaced. After dealing with Delta Faucet. Delta did want replace it and warranty company did not want to pay for all of it for the majority of the Kitchen faucet. He refused to put it in because it had an adapter between return line plugged into the wall. He claims to the warranty company it would take two hours for a total of three hours to put this in which is absurd. Was able to put this kitchen Faucet in about 45 minutes myself. And I am not a professional plumber. As he stated on my ring doorbell.

Absolute Plumbing was assigned to us from our Home Owners warranty when we called regarding a backed up mainline. We had cut out our plumbing stack during kitchen renovations to find the cast iron pipe completely clogged from 90+ yrs of use. When Joe arrived, he claimed that he didn't have the equipment to root out a mainline and would contact our warranty company for the next steps. We paid him $75 for the visit to do absolutely nothing. Absolute then told our warranty company that we damaged the plumbing during our renovations and the mainline was stuffed full of ""what appears to be dirt"". Now our warranty company will not cover anything because of their incompetence and lies.

I contacted Justin and he told me they didn't say anything of the sort to the warranty company. And then told me over and over (at least 10 times) that there was nothing for them to diagnose. Apparently they needed to be able to run the water down the drain to diagnose. Good news Absolute, we diagnosed it for you. That cast iron pipe laying on the floor that is completely clogged? That was the problem. We needed you to root the mainline as originally requested. If anything, a plumber without the equipment to root a mainline is either completely incompetent or an Absolute liar. Overall, an Absolute waste of my time.

Great service! Had to have my hot water heater replaced. Both appointments were right on time, and everything was explained to me. New water heater was installed quickly, and works great. Highly recommended.
