Had a problem with my 18 year old water heater. Called on Friday and the owner called right back. He asked pertinent questions and stated that it might have to be replaced, and that Monday he would be out. Monday the plumber showed. He quickly diagnosed a shorted thermostat, testing the elements he found they were still good. (?!) He had the parts on his truck to replace the thermostats! A $950 dollar replacement water heater job ended up a 150 dollar repair. Great response time from call in to repair. Instead of ripping out the old one the plumber took the time to diagnose the problem saving me the customer money. Great ethics, great company, I'll use them again

I got a call from waynesville utilities saying my meter was reading an absurd amount of water usage, probably due to a leak. It didn't make any sense because I had absolutely no leaks in or outside my home. Turns out my main water line needed to be replaced and was dumping water into the ground. I called multiple plumbing companies and absolute plumbing was the only one that took the time to call me back. They came out immediately and determined the issue. Next day they dug, replaced the pipe lines and leveled out my land in just a matter of hours at a much lower price than I expected. I ABSOLUTELY recommend absolute plumbing. Very genuine people who actually care.
