We had contacted several local places as well as major companies in the Chicago area and told my partner that they were trying to rip us off as my father does plumbing and I know the average cost of the work. To say the least this man is your go to. Does the job right, does it fast, and will be my go to guy anytime now. He just earned a new lifetime customer. Called Absolute and was quickly connected with a plumber, Edwin, who arrived in a timely manner and quickly assessed the problem--clogged toilet--and resolved the issue with professional efficiency. Plugged toilet...had to get to work...disabled family member can only use that bathroom. I called Absolute Plumbing and within an hour the plumber was at my house and problem was fixed. So happy!

Terrible. Made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday 2:00 pm. At 4:00 I had to call to ask for an ETA. Finishing a job in the area but still coming. Called back at 5:00. Was told the plumber would call with an update. No call and no show. Took time off work for the appointment. I'd give a ZERO if I could.

Water bill has quadrupled over the last 9 months and noticed the laundry room ceiling had water stains on it. Called Absolute Plumbing and within 35 minutes Tony was here. He was polite, professional, explained what was needed, gave us a quote which was reasonable and did the work quickly and completely. I'm delighted the problem is repaired and comforted by the fact they guarantee their work so if I notice it leaking again I can call them. Thank you Absolute Plumbing and Tony!

Worst company ever!!!!!! They couldn't be more unreliable if they tried. Called them to come out we had water damage in our basement. Spoke to Jim who said he would send someone out and they would be there shortly. Waited two hours no one showed. I called back and was told they were to busy couldn't come today anymore. Seriously, why didn't you tell me that in the first place? Called the next morning at 7:30 am and was told they would be there within the hour, waited two hours and called only to be told by some woman that they were finishing up a job from yesterday and couldn't get to me until the afternoon even though they had me waiting all morning. I asked to speak to Jim who I had been dealing with who told me they would be out in the morning. The woman said she would call him and have him call me. He never called me.Please save yourself the aggravation and not hire them for anything. They are terrible, worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could I would give them a zero!!!!!!!!
