My furnace went out so I called ""ABSOLUTE"" and talked to john turnage he came the next morning gave me an qoute explained the procedure asked if I had any questions or concerns. Then had the furnace and air conditioner (that decided to do at the same time) delivered the next morning an was put in rite away. John did get my furnace to run so we had heat that day and night he said he will have heat for my family. Johns employees were verry polite an fast working. They asked if I had any questions about the work that they could help with. They even cleaned everything up and put all my stuff back where it was in my garage like nothing hapend ! I give them more than five stars in all areas. They day after the installation I received a check up call on how I felt on my new unit and the service I received ! Please call absolute. They will have my business for life!
