I'm always impressed with their work! Nick (owner) is always courteous, professional and knows what he is doing! We've had various plumbing project done by Absolute Plumbing, from changing valves, installing garbage disposal, fixing clogged drains, and more, and we ALWAYS trust their work!

I have already recommended Absolute Plumbing to others and will continue to use them for any future projects.

I highly recommend NOT using this service. Nick, the owner, and Jim came to our house that had an issue with the main drain not draining correctly and water backing up into our basement. They tried to snake out the ""clog"" with no luck. They told me that they would have to use the high-pressure jet that would cost at least $450 with a minimum of two hours for the equipment. They brought the jet and in under ten minutes were done with their work. Nick said the jet would have fixed whatever was clogging our drain. No tree roots were found. Great! They asked to use our own towels to clean up the stinky water then left them soaking wet and muddy on our basement floor. Not a huge deal, but not the best service.

Then, not even a week later, our basement was flooded again. Same exact issue. We call Nick and he said it's probably a recurrence of the same problem and that the previous cost would not cover further work they had to do. Please understand our problem was never fixed and we paid $450 for Absolute Plumbing to do nothing but make our basement wet and dirty.
