Bill is one of the most disgusting person I have had to encounter. Bill ran a red light this morning while I was turning at my green light. He tried to purposely run into me and run me off the road. As I am honking so that he can avoid hitting me, he rolls his window down to curse me out and call me disgusting racial slurs. He is whaling his arms in the air in an aggressive manner. I quickly dial 911 because I am fearful that he will get out of his truck and approach me in my vehicle. I am Mexican American, born and raised here in the United States. My parents were both born in the United States as well. I was so taken back at his disgusting behavior. I too was a small business owner and knew that customer service was key to the success of my small business. The fact that he has his company name and phone number on his truck and conducted himself in such a repulsive way has me dumbfounded. I would never call Absolute Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs.

Bill is a very professional and skilled plumber. I called him to come to my salon so he could look over some work another plumber did....previous plumber made a mistake and I needed some help fast... Within 5 minutes of taking a look at the job, Bill found a solution to correct their error and the following Monday he completed the job efficiently like it was a piece of cake! The company I was using prior to Bill were so rude,unprofessional and LATE! Bill takes pride in his craft and it shows through his professionalism and work...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I would give a negative 0 for this company. Tech Bill makes appointment, I send photos, tells me hell come in 2 days not the actual appointment date, then says I'll be there in 20 minutes. Never showed, never phoned, wouldn't even answer his phone when I called. Unprofessional and very disrespectful. I have a life that's why we make appointments!

I called Bill of Absolute Plumbing to get a quote on my septic to sewer conversion. I got lots of bids but Absolute Plumbing came in at the lowest and was one of the few to actually visit the site in person prior to bidding. During the bidding process Bill said all the right things and seemed like a pleasant enough guy. However once he had deposit in hand, his service was less than stellar. He never once showed up or called at the times he said that he would, which was quite irritating and should have been a warning sign. He cashed my check a week before he started the job and only started the day I called to complain about the delay. His team was supposed to start on a Monday but actually did so on Wednesday, knowing that the city does nothing of Friday(the city has to inspect the work)therefore ensuring that I would have this gaping whole in my yard over the weekend something that Bill said he would avoid.
On the 7th day of looking at that whole I phoned Bill to complain about it and I didn't finish my first sentence before he began interrupting me to defend his position. I in turn interrupted him explaining our roles him, service provider me, customer who would appreciate being allowed to lodge my full complaint before he starts to make excuses. He would relent for a period but would interrupt every time I would site a different area of my displeasure. I continually had to request to be allowed to finish, something that I simply couldn't believe. I asked him if he realized that when a customer has a complaint that 9 times out of 10 that customer simply wants to be heard by the the service provider and often times that resolves the issue. This fool however simply could not hold his tongue, telling me that I was the only person that has complained. I explained to him that of all my neighbors who have had there homes converted mine is the only yard that was dug up for an entire week. I further explained that of all my neighbors who have had their homes converted his team was the only team I didn't see outside working when I drove to work at 7:30am. Bill told me that they moved me up in the pecking order as if that was supposed to make me feel better, I explained that I would have waited on them to start the job if I had known that for a week nothing at all would be done. I told him that I was in no hurry and all he had to do is tell me when the job would start and an approximation of its finishing a stick to it.
I came home from work after my call to find the whole filled and the job done 7 days start to finish, not a long time in the grand scheme of things just not what I was promised. This guy is the type of worker you have to ride his ass to get to perform some customers like that, it makes them feel like a boss. I just expect good service particularly if I'm spending the amount of money I was on a service I really did not ""need"" and could little afford.
Honestly I would have rated them higher if it weren't for my experience with him on the phone on that 2nd call, i was truly dumbfounded by this guy's lack of customer service knowledge.
