Howard picked up the phone when we called, walked us through several scenarios on fixes, and ultimately found the most cost effective solution to fix our water heater with a replacement pilot light assembly. What was most amazing about the experience is that he called a few days later to ensure the repair was holding up. We had such a great experience with this company! We had a leaking toilet and it wasn't a huge deal so we asked if he could come by sometime in the week or the following week. First off, these guys are OUTSTANDING! I have an old craftsman house (1926) and funky plumbing throughout. Recently, while trying to repair my backyard sprinklers, I broke the very old valve which turned on the sprinkler water inside the garage. That valve was entangled inside a mess of ugly piping that also connected the set tub and washer (three overall connections to the same hot/cold copper. I called Absolute Plumbing to come out and take a look after I took apart the wall and capped off the copper pipes. Howard was able to come out the very same day and give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and he scheduled the appointment quickly. They just finished up the project and it only took them two hours to complete (way under my estimate). The work they did was just awesome on top of being just great guys. Very polite, very reasonable pricing, great work. I do a lot of research prior to subbing out work in my home; so I read all their reviews here on their Yelp page prior to booking and took the gamble. All these reviews were right on the money as these guys are great. If you're looking for any plumbing project to be done, call Howard at Absolute Plumbing...I know I'll call him again when I have some other plumbing problems.

Oh gosh! I can't believe I haven't written a review yet. Sorry Howard for the delay, I thought I did!

We love Howard! He came out for a quote, gave a good price and good assessment for our kitchen faucet, leaking disposal, and hot water recirculator. He came and installed them on a later date, and everything was perfect.
I originally thought the hot water recirculator wasn't working well and reduced my water pressure but I discovered it's my fault -- my showerhead had a heavy eco filter that I removed -- and wow, we have amazingly quick hot water in our house now. I look forward to my showers every day. Our kitchen faucet and disposal also work perfectly.

Later on, we had a tenant in another house with a water leak, and Howard went over quickly and offered his assessment and recommendation for us, which we very much appreciate.

Thanks Howard! You're our go-to guy for any plumbing needs in the future.
