Our sink was clogged and backing up. I called and he came right over and fixed it very quickly. It works fine now. He even put away everything from under the sink. Other plumbers basically told me I had to do that. I would recommend them.

First of all the guy purchased extremely expensive parts without notifying me until he was done. I understand he likes the highest quality in shower replacements but as a family with kids keeping a budget is key. His excuse was ...""I buy the the best of the best"" ""I had to buy the whole set because the part you needed only came in gold"" which he should've called to inform me in the first place. Secondly the day after I called him personally if ge can please email me or bring me a receipt for my records because he did not give me one at all.... he gave me his word to bring it to me the next day but he never came through at all. His work is great but communication and keeping his word not so great.

We awoke at 4:30 am to find a leaking water heater. We called Absolute at 6:30 to leave a message. At 6:38 Jonathan called back! He simply asked if we would be home that day. We kept our fingers crossed that someone would be able to help us. At 8:15 Damian showed up at our door. He removed, replaced, and installed our new water heater, and by 2pm we had hot water again! This is the 3rd time we've used Jonathan, and each time someone has come the day we called. Can't say enough how pleased we are with their services. They're prompt and courteous, and we highly recommend his business to all.

We called Absolute to help us with a sink drain headache. Yelp was the only reference we used. We called Friday, and someone was here the same day. We knew the leak was a tough one because another plumber already failed. Absolute was up front that the repair would be a temporary fix and advised us to replace the whole drain when the joint failed again. There was the tiniest of drips hours after the temporary fix. We called Friday evening, and Jonathan came out the next morning. He was on time and replaced the p-trap within an hour. We figured this would be a new charge, but no! He stood behind his work and replaced the p-trap without additional charge. We will be calling Absolute Plumbing and Rooting for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I recommend Absolute Plumbing hands down to everyone! I manage a property. When I did not have a maintenance technician to handle plumbing situations Jonathan and team stepped in to help. Not only are they good at what they do, they are extremely empathetic. I just gave Jonathan a call this morning with a plumbing issue at 7am. He picked up and said we are on our way be there at 8. He always does what is best for his customers and is so meticulous with his work. Jonathan and his crew came out to repair a gas line on our property. Not only was he efficient, reliable, and throughly explained what he was doing in layman's terms, but he provided suggestions on what to do to avoid future problems and did this all for an exceptionally reasonable price.
