Let me start by saying, we brought in a different company to replace a water heater. Not only did we overpay but they also left us with gas leak at our place for 3 weeks.. we had SoCal Gas at our residence more than 3 times during all of this only to shut off our gas because the leak was never fixed.. SoCal gas even said ""We are lucky our house didn't explode. ""

During the repair process, Grant worked efficiently and effectively, minimizing disruption to my daily routine. Everything was left clean and tidy once the job was complete. This guy even takes his shoes off that door so he won't track in any dirt or mud!!!! I was amazed!!!!
