Quote a job for me in Concord, where the water line that went to the building was leaking under the dirt. They charge $20 to come out, fine. Then the guy starts to look at the job & taking pictures to have an estimate prepared for me a few days later. Then he said
That I owed an extra $68.99. I questioned him for not disclosing in
Advance that the charge to write up an estimate will be an Extra $69! I
Didn't want to give a poor review right away so That i would give this some
Time so that perhaps my emotions may subside. Thought I may feel different later. But I do not. I
Don't consider them to be honest.
Because of this, I decided to go
With a 2nd quote I received and gave a $3200 business to a different company. So they nickel and dime and
Charge you $20 to show up (fine) &
Trick you in paying an extra $69 (I never got the estimate btw), but lose
On $3000+ business.
How smart is that!

I can't rave enough about Absolute Plumbing, and in particular Reid S. and his colleague. I had a leak in front of my house which i could not for the life of me find the cause of. I had the city come twice and another plumber too, but neither could figure it out. Absolute were very courteous, professional and explained every step what they were doing. Reid crawled under my house (only about 18"" clearance under there - nasty!) in 110 degree heat, and not only found the leak in my refrigerator hose but fixed it within the same afternoon. He took photos under there so I could see where the water was spraying out.

It was unbelievably hot and I suggested they reschedule, but they persisted!

They upgraded the water intake and put a new valve in, in just a few hours, leaving my kitchen very clean, and all for a good price. I highly recommend these guys, they are very professional.

We had a sprinkler problem in our front yard and Absolute responded quickly but their workers didn't know what they were doing! They spent 3-1/2 hours digging a hole in our front lawn and going
out two times to pick up parts! My husband called to complain and the
foreman told them to leave the job and hung up the phone-Wow really
terrible way to do business and unprofessional! We had no
water to our house and they walked off the job on a Friday night!!!!!!!
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY; THEY CHARGE BIG BUCKS FOR UNTRAINED
PEOPLE AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!!!!!

I called Absolute Plumbing and Drain recently to help clean out the sewer lateral leading from the side of my house out to the street. Oleg, the technician, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Within a half hour, he had the pipe snaked out and flowing freely.
The roots of trees and hedges along that part of my property had invaded the pipe and caused a blockage, spilling sewage into my side yard. Thank goodness for the overflow valve that had been installed previously or the sewage would have backed up into the house!
It should be noted that I called 8 other services prior to finding Absolute. All of them were too busy to come out or didn't call me back. Absolute returned my call quickly and had someone out within a day. Bravo!

Bad experience. Very unprofessional with communications, response time is very delayed. Once you get a response, after asking for one several times, same generic response without really looking into the request. They don't care about you and only care about taking your money. They also don't stand behind their work. They charged a crazy amount for camera use and refused to provide the results and or actual pictures. Attempted to resolve, but they had no interest or expressed any concern. They suggested additional work to fix what they found, with no pictures to back it up. Got another quote and performed the work by Streamline (highly recommend) for half the cost. Horrible customer service and will never use again it they are the last plumber in existence! Just wish there was an option to rate 0 stars! Stay away or beware.

Absolute worst customer service. The staff that came out to the site were friendly and professional; however the staff in the ""office"" are absolutely useless. Had to call multiple times for a written quote on fixes and still got no report with an estimated cost of fix. Got attitude and even a staff hang up on us after few attempts. Do not recommend this place, take your money and sanity elsewhere, and will not use again in the future.

Unfortunately the repair only held up for two years. They came out and fixed it in 2018, to which I thought I was finally done worrying about this issue. Its been 3 years now and the rocking toilet has returned! Now they are saying they won't do anything about it. Fix it right the first time and we wouldn't be in this mess!

This is actually a zero star. But Yelp didn't have this option. I called absolute plumbing back in Jan for a quotation to fix water leak. She said it's $200+ an hour (I don't remember the exact price). I asked if there are other fees on top of that $200+ per hour (such as materials, other fees). She said no. It is just $200+ an hour and $20 dispatcher fee. The lady suggested I have a leak detector check where the leak is first before they schedule someone to come out. The next day I called again, but the lady I talked to yesterday was not there. So I talked to another lady. The lady mentioned water leak fix is $200+ fee an hour and there will be other fees for materials, etc. (Different info from the two ladies...???) I let them know I checked the meter and noticed the dial continues to spin after I shut down the water valve, so I know the water leak is outside and would like to schedule someone to come fix the leak. The lady said she can have someone take a look at where the leak is and then go from there. She said there will be a $20 dispatcher fee. So I paid that $20 and someone came. The guy seemed to be an intern or new. He didn't seem to know what to do. I gave him all the information I had regarding my water leak. All he did was take a look at the meter. But didn't know what to do. I felt I knew more than he did. At the end, he called his boss or someone and that person gave him instructions to go shut down my water valve and take a look at the meter and that was it. That was enough to say they did the diagnostic and charged me a $70 which was not informed prior to him coming. I was NOT told there was a fee. I was shocked that they charged me a fee for no work done or no new information given to me. Everything he did was what I already knew.... Since this company decided to rip their clients off by charging me that $70 + $20 fee, I asked if I will get a report at least. He said yes, it will have photos and a detailed report. The report I received later on was blurry photos of the meter and like a one sentence of the information that I already knew and that they advised me to have a leak detector detect where the leak is. I even asked him about why there is a fee and that I was not told. He said they should have told you about this and usually this costs $200+ an hour... What the... Give me a break! $200+ an hour is someone coming out to fix it. All he did was follow his boss' instruction to shut down my valve which I already knew and did prior to him coming... Afterward, I sent an e-mail to that lady telling her I wasn't told about the fee. She responded days later saying she listened to the phone recordings and they advised me several times to call a leak detector first and mentioned that it would have been $200+. So it sounds like they are giving me a discount for charging me that $90... This is ridiculous. Anyways, I called another plumbing company and they did the same thing and even better than what the plumbing solution guy had done, they charged nothing! Not a penny! They were even more professional. Not an intern or a newbie. Anyways, DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE. THEY RIP YOU OFF! I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLUMBING SERVICE AGAIN. THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST AND HAVE HIDDEN FEES! BEWARE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU. BASICALLY THEY ARE USING YOUR MONEY TO PAY FOR INTERN OR NEWBIE'S TUITION. $90 FOR THAT 15 MIN OF NOTHING??? GIVE ME A BREAK! $90 DOWN THE DRAIN....

I just want to say that Larry from Absolute Plumbing fixed our drainage problem quickly and provided such great service. We called several places before getting a hold of Absolute Plumbing and Drain. The lady who answered the call was very nice and informative. She made us feel good about them and we are very happy with their service. One of the things that we appreciated from them is that they notified us 20 minutes before Larry's arrival and they included a picture of him. Good job Larry and Absolute Plumbing and Drain!
