I had a major water leak inside the wall leading down into the sink in my bathroom in my condo. Jerod came over and was able to quickly identify where the problem was and patch the broken pipe for me. I'd never heard of electrolysis between copper and galvanized steel pipes before, but I looked it up and it's a thing. So the builders screwed up and didn't insulate the pipes in my place. Anyway, while Jerod was there he fixed another problem for me (where the hot water tap to one of my sinks was spitting out chunks of black stuff because the interior of the hose was degrading) and diagnosed 2 other plumbing problems for me. I'm in a 'deferred maintenance' type of rental. I was very pleased with the work over all and felt like Jerod knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way. There was some confusion with the rates that were quoted to me, but it was worth a hell of a lot to my mind that they followed through and did what they said they would do. Honesty and following through on one's word is everything in a service business. I would give them 5/5 except I don't know what the mark-up was on the parts he used / I didn't get to see the receipt.

Awesome service from beginning to the end. I called them to fix a few things on a home inspection report. Customer service over the phone is an A+ from scheduling to follow-up. Jared came out and I walked then thru all the areas of concern based on the inspection report and some other notable items. He was able to give me a very honest and professional opinion what I should take care of today and some things I shouldn't worry about, which was nice as he could have told me to fix everything. I admire the honesty. Luckily he had the time to fix the items in the house that day as he was only here for an estimate but had some time before his next appt. This will be my go to plumbing company from customer experience to honesty and professionalism, this was the best right company.

We had an emergency call for a water heater that was leaking all over our garage that required us to shut off our water supply. It was a warranty issue but we called Absolute that came out literally within 45 min @ close to 8pm. My husband does a trade similar and I completely understand how frustrating it is to be called out late at night, but Anthony was awesome. He was honest, polite and got everything taken care of for us. We appreciate the quick response and the hot water for our family!

Fantastic experience with Al from Absolute Plumbing. Our toilets started over flowing and we had water bubbling up in the bath. Called Absolute at 5.30pm and Al came round an hour later and worked solidly for 3 hours until the problem was fixed. This was not an easy job but a combination of clear thinking and determination did the trick! Very impressed. Highly recommend these guys.

I have to say that Al was awesome. He helped evaluate the situation to get to the root cause of the problem and only perform necessary procedures. He was honest and didn't try to up sell unnecessary work. I would use Absolute again if Al came to do the work.

02/29/2015 Are bathroom sinks have been backed up for months have been. Plumber Al came to the rescue. Sinks are unplugged. Al the plumber was wonderful. I will highly recommend.

Teflon tape cost $177.00 for 10 minutes . My husband applied too much pressure taking hose off and in doing so caused a small leak. We replaced the broken part with new one. Unfortunately it continued to leak. Figured he might of broken a bigger part. Thought it best to get a professional. Called Absolute plumbing. Nik came out ( great nice guy)
He was able to put some Teflon tape around the leaking area and screwed the new faucet we bought back on and like that It was fixed.

Total labor 5 minutes. We were charged for a full hour of work . The company should of explained the price before starting. Now I know not to use them or suggest to anyone in need. Too bad they opted to not see it was a very small problem and charge half.

Woohoo! As good as it gets! I'm very happy with the service with Absolute Plumbing! Great service from the start with the Friendly call center, along with Nik and Rod, they worked swiftly and well together! The price was fair and reasonable!
