Absolute Family Plumbing

My widowed neighbor hired them late January 2024 (based on my recommendation) when she had a sewage back-up. They were very efficient and responsive. On March 9, 2024, the main sewage line backed up again. This happened because the roots from trees on her property had grown through the pipes. She had the trees removed and hired Absolute Family Plumbing to repair this main sewage line. She paid Absolute Family Plumbing in full ($3000) the day before she died of cancer. They did come a few weeks later to repair the main sewage line. Upon completion, I noticed that her irrigation system was not turning on. I called and they did send someone to """"repair"""" the system. I was told by the the repairman that they could not fix it. I called the manager, Paul, of Absolute Family Plumbing and he essentially told me that it is my problem now. This goes against the original agreement that every thing they touched would be restored to working order. I have since had to pay over $1200 additionally to get the sprinklers in working condition. I will NOT refer them again or use their services personaly. They have poor customer service, exploitative, and quite frankly bad business. Please consider other plumbers who stand by their services and their word.

After making a down payment I got one excuse after another for 9 months before anyone showed up. Then after they """"finished"""" I had to hire another plumber to complete the job.

We had a leak in one of our RV water lines and so we pulled in on a whim on New Years Eve. They had one of the plumbers come back to the office for a quick fix. We were able to get back on the road within an hour at a fair price. Great and friendly service!
