Beware!!!!! We had been working with this company for over a year to clean our small grease trap ( 25). Was always quoted $360 but today was quoted over $700 and was told that was explained to me when I placed the call- it wasn't as I would have never scheduled this! Needless to say I cancelled the service and will never do business with them again. I do understand prices have gone up but that should have been explained especially if your doubling the price.

Use someone else. This company cancelled 5 different appointment with either no excuse or blatant lies. We tried to stick with them because their price and Google reviews were good. However, after lying about the county canceling the meeting, the following day they canceled and said that it would now be $150 more than the original price. I would be ashamed to work for such a company and feel like a fool for trying to stick with them. USE SOMEONE ELSE!!

Absolute Environment came out to pump out my septic tank. When they arrived, they asked where my septic tank was located, I told them I didn't know. The guy that was suppose to go under the house and find where the line was going in the ground decided he would not go under the house because he was afraid of a possible snake and asked me, the paying customer, to crawl under and do his job. I have a separate line for my grey water of the kitchen side, the guy assumes that is where the septic tank is and begins to dig. They don't find the septic tank there and in the process knocks the pipe loose for the grey water and never put it back. They used foul language in front of children several times with no regard or respect for anyone. They never pumped out the septic tank due to they felt I needed a whole new system and could never find the field line leading to the tank. I paid 150 dollars for them to tear up my lawn that is still not fixed in the back, break loose my grey water drain, and be completely unprofessional. It was an absolute terrible experience with Absolute Environmental. Adding on to my review.. These people are threatening to call the health department on me unless I take down my review. These people are completely unprofessional. The owner, I assume, called me to tell me I scared the guy by trying to be nice and tell the guy that there was a snake that has been seen on the property. I would want someone to warn me that there was a nonpoisoness snake seen repeatedly in the area I would be working. I'm sure there are far superior companies out there that would not act like children as these people have. All I wanted was these people to fix my yard properly and reconnect a pipe that they broke loose. In all of this issue I am not upset with them calling the health department, if my home is not up to code, I want it fix properly. I am upset with how unprofessional these people are, how they want to threaten me, and accuse me of trying to scare someone out of doing their job. There is such a thing as freedom of speech and I had an extremely bad experience with these people. I hope this review will help someone find the right person to do the job and to not call these people for any services.

Not helpful at all. Did not fully pump our tank, but charged us as though they did. Didn't find out about that until we were ready to sell the house and got an inspection. I would not use this company.

Bo Header with Absolute Environmental came out to my house and did an excellent Service/Job in getting my septic tank pumped out. Bo and his assistant got to my house right on time and got the Job done right and quickly. The girls in the office are extremely easy to work with and got me scheduled just fine. I will be calling again. Thanks for your professionalism and help. Ryan

Update: 2/20/20 BUYER BEWARE. We no longer recommend Absolute. We were quoted $2500 by a technician in December to redo some of our septic lines. At that time we had to save up the money after already investing a huge fortune in our septic last year. We were finally able to save up the money for the job and called them out last week. I was quoted $4000 for the same job. My husband was not home at the time and felt like the manager/owner (Bo) was condescending and arrogant with me - not sure if he is that way with everyone, or if it was because I was a female. He asked for immediate deposit and for me to sign the contract. I naively did so because Jason, a technician, had always been trustworthy and hardworking with us in the past. I also asked Bo not to cash the check until the next day as we don't typically keep $2k extra in our checking and later in the day I wasn't sure if the bank transfer from savings would go through that quickly. His response """"I understand"""". It turns out the check was deposited that same day. Which perturbed me more than a bit. And after talking to my husband, we also were upset that there was such a difference in the quote for the same exact work. We've given them almost $20k for septic and main water line work over the past year, so I'd think a decent business would at least have the decency to wait a day to deposit. Looking back, I think he knew that we may be upset with the difference in the quote and we may try to get out of it, so he cashed the check right away. When my husband tried to speak with him, it took him 3 business days to return the call and when doing so, he said he would not give the $2k deposit back even though no work had been done other than calling call to dig. He basically threatened his lawyer on call. And funny how he dropped the price from $4k to $2500 (the original amount) over the phone - probably because that is what should have been charged to begin with. You would think that he would just refund the money, seeing as work has not begun and we've already paid his company the cost of a car the past year, but not this company - they rather threaten lawyers. At this point, we don't want them on our property again - especially now that we also know that Jason, the technician we trusted, is no longer with the company. A decent owner/manager would do the right thing. Not this company. Beware! And, Karma is real.

We had absolute replace a septic tank and to add 275 feet of field lines. i ask if a pump system would be required they said no. the tank and fill lines were installed and within 3 months the whole system failed. i tried to get the company to get back to my home and fix the problem only to be met with rude, anger, and foul language from the owner of the company. We filed a complaint with the State water board and we were 3rd in line with very similar complaints. They installed 70 feet of line when the county requires 300 even though i paid them for 275 feet. We paid this company 5000.00 only be out another 6000.00 to fix the system correctly. Per the county, the state, and other very reputable septic companies a new tank was not needed and only a pump and fill lines 375 feet added in the right place would have fixed the problem. I have heard horror stories from other customers i beg you to run from this company and call another. do not sign his contract and pay him 2500.00 that's his way of grabbing a free 2500.00. I hope this post saves others from using this company.

My house burnt down May 13th, seems its been nothing but one roadblock after the other. I finally was given something to look forward to!! We were going to look at a mobile home just the right size and price for our property!! I was assured Absolute would be here this morning 8/24/2019 Even varied first thing they again assured me we were first on the list to be seen! Imagine my disappointment when by lunch still no one was here!! I call again and told roughly an hour!! 3 1/2 hours later finally they show up!! iT COULD HAVE BEEN an afternoon appointment I wouldnt have a problem with that .. instead we are left waiting at home by the phone all day!! We just finally got the septic back together .. Of course not only is it too late to go look at the home .. when I called we found someone looked at it at 3;30pm and are purchasing it.. 3 months I have looked night and day I was so excited for today.. we both ( hubby and I) finally had a single day off together where we thought we might be able to move forward.. YES I BLAME absolute because all they had to do WAS CALL AND SAY hey WE CAN'T GET TO YOU UNTIL THIS AFTERNOON but instead I was told make sure you are there and answer the call.. THE CABLE company isnt this bad. Mt septic is clean yes they did a good job.. they just need to learn to have better CS skills and NOT LIE and leave people hanging all day!! Sometimes being stuck because of a failure to show common courtesy can and in this case impacted my future in a very negative way~~~ I am in tears!! THANKS SO MUCH

Made an appointment and was told they would call the day of and give us a window. Day arrives and receive no call. Call them and am told they will call when they are an hour away. Well never heard anything more from them. If they can't get the basics down like communication I am pretty sure that the work they perform would be sub par.

Had a weekend emergency - came out and tried to clear the sewer pipe and charged me a crazy amount of money. Told me the pipe was most likely broken and it would require a huge repair. Plumbing worked for one day. Had to call a different company who came out and completely fixed the problem with the right equipment. Pipes were fine. Save your time and money. Use someone else.
