These people are so rude and unprofessional. I called in the morning to ask if they could give me an estimate of when they'd arrive. The guy told me he couldn't. Couldn't even come close to making the effort to give me an estimate. I told him I had an appointment at noon that I'd prefer not to cancel and asked if they were likely to show up between noon and 1, he said there was no way for him to estimate how long it would take and if I wasn't home they wouldn't be able to do the work. So I canceled my appointment and at quarter to one called again to see if I could get a time estimate only to be told they were waiting for me to get home! What!?! Then the guy starts to argue and yell at me about how that's now what he said. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Seriously do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

Bobby from Absolute Drain just left after performing a miracle and unclogging our very clogged up toilet. He made sure the toilet was flushing completely, left absolutely no mess, and was very nonjudgmental about how our toilet got in that situation. He arrived a little early, was pleasant and informative, and the cost was very reasonable.

If we ever have another problem with clogged pipes, I'll call Absolute Drains and ask for Bobby.

Absolute Drain was quick to respond initially to our first call, but they are extremely overpriced at $350 for 15 minutes to open the leach field. It took three days for them to answer a follow-up call and by that time we had to close the hole for the safety of our visitors, and move on to other projects. Thankfully our leach field is working well and didn't need their service after all. We are not recommending them at this time!!!

These guys are AMAZING! I really appreciated their direct communication on our less than awesome main drain situation. They didn't sugar coat anything and provided us with very realistic expectations. In addition, they also called ahead and coordinated an amazing plumber to finish some of the work that needed to be done. We could not be more pleased with their work and assistance. The only thing that would have been better was if we didn't need their services to begin with .

I'm an absentee landlord with a property in Reno. For several years, there had been root problems with the sewer line, and my property manager at the time used Absolute to rooter the line. The owner made it clear to the property manager that these were temporary fixes and that one day, the line would need replacement. They were always honest, fast and reasonable with these repairs.
Fast forward a few years and a new property manager. The line finally gave up and the new manager got me bids for the repair, which were very expensive. Finally, I went back into my records and found a receipt from Absolute. When I call, Mickey the owner went out to inspect and video the failure then called back and explained to me how to go about getting the repair done for about half the cost that I'd been bid. The work is done and done right, thanks to the help and advice from Absolute. Although I will probably never need his service again for this drain, I would strongly encourage anyone in need to call them and use their services. It seems that it's not easy to find the kind of honesty and integrity that I found with Absolute Drain Service these days.

I only gave them one star because they showed up. They are the most un knowledgeable ""professional"" company I've ever dealt with. And extremely rude. I strongly advise nobody use them. They didn't even know how to snake a drain.

Called Absolute Drain Tuesday morning at 8AM about a backed up bathtub and made an appointment for 10 AM. They were there on time, very professional and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Price was fair and reasonable, and they even noticed and reported a leak under the sink! They explained everything and we are very happy with the service. I will definitely use Absolute Drain again if we have another problem in the future.

I called Absolute Drain when the downstairs tub was backed up. This is a rental property I own and I needed the issue resolved right away. Mickey answered my call. He was polite, friendly and very professional. Mickey was able to keep me calm even though he could tell I was very anxious. He cleared the main drain in no time. I thought the price was very fair and he gave me advice on how to manage the drain line in the future. I would highly recommend Absolute Drain.
