Nicky contacted me within an hour or so after I called their office regarding my plumbing crisis (clogged waste line) to say he'd be by in two hours. Right on time, Nikki and two other gentlemen arrived - all very polite and professional. After a quick assessment of the situation they went to work and had the clog cleared in less than 10 minutes. And, the price was much less than I was anticipating. Highly recommended.

A strange and scary thing was happening in my house. When my washing machine drained, my downstairs bathroom flooded and waste came up through the drain in the shower. At the recommendation of plumbers I've worked with before I called Absolute Drain Service which specializes in drainage problems. They were able to send out a service man the same day, and he was able to remove the blockage from the line, test the drains, AND clean the worst mess from the shower. He finished this job in less than two hours and the charge came to less than $200.00. I don't think service could have been better. I hope I won't have to, but I'd definitely call them again if I have another drain problem.

We had two other plumbers come to our house to try and fix our backed up kitchen sink and neither of them knew what to do or could fix it! One of the other plumbers even charged us to do nothing. Absolute Drain was recommended to us and they knew exactly what to do! They went on our roof and cleaned the pipe /air vent from there (something the other plumbers were totally unaware of doing) and the blockage was cleared and the kitchen sink drained instantly.
