This man literally just saved my sanity!! After a year of our septic backing up, snaking it and even emptying it to no avail, he came and showed me exactly what the problem was AND how we could fix it ourselves instead of trying to take advantage of a desperate situation! It's been one thing after another in the short year that we've owned this house and I can't tell you how much I appreciate an honest and genuine person at this point.
Long story short, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My tub and toilet decided to back up this morning after taking a shower. Within two hours of calling them they were out and fixed the problem immediately. Very professional! They even took the time to answer all of my questions and what to do if the problem should occur again. I won't be calling anyone else in this area for plumbing issues and I will be more than happy to suggest them to friends and family.

The owner is very gruff and unfriendly. He wasnt here for over 30 minutes. When i asked how much was the bill, he said that if i wanted him to pour ROOTX down the toilet, it would be $400! I thought, wow, this ROOTX stuff must be expensive to use. I went online and it was only $39.00! I will NEVER use this company again!!!!!!!

Talked to Mickey early morning to get an estimated time for him to come out and help us with a clogged sink that we could not fix ourselves. He gave us an estimated time he would be able to get out and updated us twice with an ETA on this arrival which helped us plan our day. When Mickey arrived, he was quick to look at our clog and provide a solution. He quickly got the job completed and cleaned up around the area he worked. The price was exactly as quoted on the phone. Thanks Mickey for getting our kitchen back to normal.

I called mickey super early today to come help me. my bathroom toilet was overflowing and backed up? My hubsband wasn't home at the time. He came out with his son Ian. (ian was on crutches!!) and fixed it !!! My son apparently put a bunch of match box cars and LOTS of toilet paper......i know 3 year old will be 3 ear old, but i really was so happy he took my call today and came over. THANKS GUYS!!!

We would not use these guys again. Bobby fixed our problem but left other problems in his wake. He didn't close the door to the crawl space under the house which we didn't discover til a week later, he didn't put the drain-stopper back in the sink after he was finished, and he did a crappy job when he put the toilet back in place because now it leaks which leaves us with a pool of water around the toilet and we have to call someone else to fix that.

Called them to come clean out my drain. They made an appointment with me for the next day and never showed up. When we tried to call they did. It answer their phone.

They showed up on time and did a great job! They flushed my sewage pipe out then let me watch as a camera was ran all through and Mickey explained what we were looking at and was professional throughout the job. I would recommend them to anyone!

Another time I've had a great experience with service in the Reno area, and I'm glad to have a plumber I can call now without having to dig through a bunch of numbers and Roto-Rooter commercials.

They were easy to get ahold of and were over within a couple hours to fix my drain issue (I'm a girl, I have long hair, shockingly the shower wouldn't drain properly). He was in an out, literally five minutes after arriving he was on his merry way. Drain was fixed, problem resolved, and he was really friendly and courteous.

I think my only complaint was that this five minute service cost me $60. But, that's how the world works and I wouldn't have wanted to dig all that hair out of the drain.
