I have had these guys come out for years now and they do an amazing job. I have trees in my yard which most plumbers hate because the roots do get into the lines. These guys clean out my line and do an amazing job. They guarantee their work and will come back out and do the job again if something is not right at no charge. My bathroom is very small and they have to pull the toilet to get the mainline cleaned out because I do not have an outside cleanout. All of these things a lot of people would complain about or only do halfway these guys do a 100% and an amazing job. I would absolutely recommend them

Absolutely professional! And affordable! An old 1903 grand home in need of plumbing help and it was taken care of. The old claw foot bathtub was a learning experience for them, but they did a wonderful job getting it draining right. And our water pressure is so much better now. Thanks guys!

If I could pick zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Our water was not getting hot enough. We called Absolute to check out the water heater, and all the 2 plumbers wanted to do was agrue with us that we did not know how are water heater should be working. They left without fixing the water or saying goodbye. We called Mr. Rooter, hot water was fixed in less than 3 hours. Dont ever hire Absolute

If I could give zero stars I would. We used them a few times. The rig things so they work for a little then bam! Break again causing you to calm them again. I felt over charged. Very unprofessional. They don't really listen to the customer. Over charge you a ton. Better off YouTubing it and fixing yourself atleast you will get your moneys worth

Absolute WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I paid $300+ to have my septic tank pumped and they broke it then said it is my problem, figure it out. I called the owner and he said he won't help and he won't listen to me bitch, then hung up on me. I am now being denied a daycare license and am facing thousands to repair my tank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 weeks I've been calling them. Asking to come assess a drain field. They keep blowing me off, never returning a call. That just cost them a whole new drain field job.

Would never use these guys. They have the worst drivers in Yakima. Almost caused me to have a wreck by pulling in front of me while I was making a left hand turn and they didn't even slow down. I'd give them a zero, if possible.

Absolute sent out two young men to fix a leak. One of the guys (Nick) I had fix a pipe leak before and he was very polite, and explained the problem and cost. This time however, it was another guy that was very rough with the skirting, pulling it away from my home very aggressively all the way to the corner. He said they didn't have a part but would use another brass fitting; brass being more expensive. He had difficulty finding the leak even though I told him it wasn't coming from hot water heater. When he was done he told me the bill was 163.00. I asked what the hourly rate was and he said 139.00. The last time I used them it was 98.00. However, the supervisor I talked to said it was 125.00 to 135.00. Just a little difference. After I gave him my debit card and he went out to run it, he handed me the receipt that was for 167.00. A little difference again. NOT AN ITEMIZED BILL, so had no idea what I was charged for what? He told me to keep the skirting off to let it air out, so I'm not sure it will go back correctly. When I talked to the supervisor he said he didn't understand the problem because the leak was fixed. I felt that the whole deal wasn't honest. I won't be using them again. Bad experience.
