plumber came out said he couldn't fix the main line blockage because he didn't have the equipment to do so. Told me to call someone else and left 3 minutes later. So I called A1 plumbing, they actually fixed the issue for cheaper. I then get a bill 2 weeks later for $180. I called them and said there must be a mistake, but no, they said I owe 180 for the call out. Trash, use someone else.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Justin N in a previous post was absolutely correct, ""Money hungry company that does not care about customer service"". Worse yet, they pray on the elderly and widowed.
They came out to my mother in laws home, told her she needed a new thermostat. It took them all of 15 minutes to complete the project. Come to find out, that was not the issue. She was SO upset at how rude and condescending they were that she had another company come in to fix the issue. When she received the bill for $327. she was shocked.
Never use this bunch of crocks that pray on the elderly and poor.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Money hungry company that does not care about customer service. I had called to get my heat looked at in the -20 ish degree weather and the contractor was here for all of 5 mins to tell me my filter was dirty. I received a bill from them for $172 with no service or labor being conducted and I was never told what I was going to be charged for the service or labor or I wouldn't have even used them. Completely unreasonable and absolute garbage.

Couldn't have asked for better service! They made an extra effort to get out on the same day I called, so my 89 year-old dad could have heat. They care! So appreciated!
