Amazing service, great price! I manage a duplex and needed a plumber to come by both units when the tenants were home which limited the hours of availability, but Alan squeezed the appointment into his schedule the same day and fixed the problem! There are not enough stars to give Alan and his team. These guys are truly a gem in the plumbing world. We were in desperate need of a new water heater and we needed it installed on the ROOF of our building. Alan and his team made the impossible happen when 3 other plumbers refused to take the job because they couldn't figure out how to do it. Alan was on time, professional, honest, fair in terms of pricing, and at the end of the day, he got the job done. He replaced our old water heater on the roof with a new one, disposed of the old one for us, did a very clean job, and made it all look easy. You cannot find another plumber like Alan, period. Thank you Alan for saving us when we were in a bind. Hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I know where to go.
