I cannot rave enough about Tom's services and the job he did!!! We called him on a Sunday due to a main line backup... he was at our door within an hour. Unfortunately the line to our septic tank was shot. (The house is pretty old). He was able to set up an appointment to come out at 8:00 am the next morning and he and his team worked all day digging up and replacing the line. By the time we got home from work we were able to take a much needed shower and use the plumbing again. They came out the next day and filled the whole back in, working in the rain all day. On top of the amazingly quick turnaround, very reasonable pricing,and spectacular service he went out of his way to research costs to connect to sewer and find out where we would need to connect.

I can not recommend Tom and Absolute Best Plumbing enough. Will never call another plumber again!! THANK YOU!!

The name says it all! Absolute Best Plumbing is by far the best! We had a leak under our kitchen sink, so we called Tom based on other excellent yelp reviews and we are so happy we did. What an awesome guy! Fantastic communication, gets the job done right and at a reasonable price. He is friendly, honest and genuine. Tom, installed our kitchen faucet and gave us an estimate for another plumbing issue that was caused by a sloppy plumber.

Tom saved us money on his estimate, he gave the truth about what actually needed to be done, not extra unnecessary labor costs. Oh and he gave us a 15% discount.

One last thing. Tom and his assistant were very friendly and caring. He treated us like family.

My disposal stopped working about 3 days ago. My extensive training in sink repair led me to look straight down the sink drain and conclude ""Yup, it's busted.""

So I got on yelp and starting asking for quotes online. One company refused to give me a quote online so I passed. My next stop was Absolute Best Plumbing. Tom gave me a quote and communicated with me online shortly after I sent in the request.

I felt the quote was a reasonable approximate price so I scheduled an appointment online for the same day a couple of hours later.

Tom showed up early, even going so far as to send a message through yelp right before he arrived. This is nice because my office is in the garage and sometimes I don't hear the front door (I know; I'm going deaf).

Tom found the problem and fixed it immediately, and since it was such an easy fix he took the time to show me exactly what to do next time. He also found an issue with a related appliance and fixed that as well. All for a very reasonable price. He even offered to tighten the fixtures on my sink as part of the service (very polite).

SO:

1. Deals well with customers quickly and online
2. Gives accurate quotes based on his experience
3. Shows up early and gives notice before he arrives
4. Does the work quickly and within cost of the quote
5. Explains what is wrong, and shows you how to fix it in the future
6. Capable of recognizing other issues and offers to fix those for a reasonable price.
7. Was friendly when he arrived.
8. Shook my hand and said have a good day.

Excellent experience all around. Great customer service. Great personality and reasonably priced. How could you ask for more? I don't think I need to look any further for my plumbing needs.

EXCELLENT service and I highly recommend absolute plumbing to everyone!! I had been really stressed by having a continuous water leak that was actually ruining my hardwood floors. I called and Tom was out within a half hr to tell me what was wrong. This guy knows his stuff! When he left I felt like I 100% understood the problem when I had been getting the run around. He fixed it two days later in under an hr and I could not be more pleased. Absolute is affordable and does the job right!!

We called Tom and asked for an estimate for low water pressure in the shower. I couldn't believe it when he said he would be here in 45 minutes! Tom diagnosed the problem and said he would have to cut into the wall to get the sediment out of the pipes and flush the line. He was back in two days and finished all the work, along with putting my wall back together and putting sheet rock over it again. You can't even tell the wall had anything done to it!!! Great price and super knowledgeable. We won't call anyone else! Super honest guy!

Oh my gosh, I LOVE this company. I will ONLY ever call Tom. This is the only plumbing number you'll ever need. He is amazing! He works with your schedule, and is not only the cheapest priced plumber, he is honest and efficient. This guy believes in the good o'l days of the handshake meaning something. He came right on time, fixed my leaking outdoor faucet in less than 15 minutes, gave me a huge discount and then offered to take my junk to the junk yard. Seriously? This guy is for real and the type of business I will promote to everyone. We need more people like this on the planet.
