I called Delano on Saturday regarding a clogged drainage pipe and he agreed to come the next morning. He called before showing up and was always polite. I could tell that he was very experienced. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and was relatively quick. He cleaned up when he was done and put everything back where it belonged. Overall I found him to be a friendly and highly qualified plumber. I was charged $125 for the service. Perhaps you can find someone cheaper but they wouldn't have the experience and professionalism as Delano.

I called Delano on a Sunday night; he arrived early the next morning, as promised. He was prepared for the problem and immediately got to work.

Had a lot of fun talking to Delano while he worked. Friendly, funny guy.

The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the price seemed a little high. He was at the house for exactly an hour, and charged me $160. I didn't argue, since I hadn't asked about the price in advance, but I was definitely a little surprised.

Well, at least I won't forget and put soup in the garbage disposal again.

Delano was great--I had a bathtub that wouldn't drain, and he was able to come over just a couple of hours after I called, and fix the problem. He was also able to fix an issue with the tub faucet that I had thought would require much more extensive work. As a bonus, he's very nice and interesting to chat with! Highly recommend.

Delano was friendly and honest. We had a very nasty back up in the shower and the toilet. (The toilet has been giving us problems on and off since we moved in about a year ago.). Delano showed up on time. After snaking the clean out on the side of the house, he came inside to the bathroom to check on the shower and the toilet. After a quick diagnosis, he concluded that the shower and the toilet were two separate problems. Based on my own diagnosis earlier, I believed he was right on. He suggested trying a quick and easy fix for the toilet before going to a more extensive approach. He left the house to retrieve a tool, came back in about fifteen minutes. The cheaper method worked. The cost was very reasonable for a couple of hours of emergency repair on a Sunday. I would definitely use his service again.

This is the first time we called ABDC, and Delano responded promptly to our urgent sewer backup problem. The job turned out to be quite involved, and he had to go out shopping for a part. He successfully completed the job several hours after first arriving, yet the bill was still very reasonable, and Delano was helpful, friendly and professional throughout the ordeal. Delano's got your back(up) and we'd highly recommend him to others.

He was able to come the same day I called to check out the problem and started working on it right away. It ended up being a little more complicated than expected, but he took care of it quickly and for a reasonable cost. Very friendly too.

We had a couple of issues: first, the facet on our tub came loose and we had some trouble tracking down a part. We had a couple plumbers come and they both failed to follow up. Moses finally came, took the part, tracked down the manufacturer and found the piece. Then he promptly fixed the whole thing for half of what the first plumber quoted. He also fixed a couple of other nagging plumbing issues in our house and sublet. It was such a relief to have someone actually care and follow up--and then quickly do the job right and at a low cost. I highly recommend him!
