Our furnace is in the attic so Absolute had to remove the old a coil and lift the new one up into the attic. In doing so they did quite a bit of damage around the opening to the attic. The technician apologized profusely and promised someone would be in contact and they would repair at their expense and it would look good as new. That was almost a month ago and no one has contacted us. This is leaving a very bad impression on this customer who purchased a new central air system from them.

Absolute Airflow seems to have just abandoned my open work order mid-job and stolen my fan motor

Started out with my AC Blower Fan not starting.
Technician came out Friday, said unit was out of warranty and claimed the blower fan was bad.

Saturday, new technician comes over, disassembles the unit, takes the blower fan with him and claims he'll be right back with a replacement. I'm left with a disassembled AC with a missing blower motor.

2 days later, no follow-up: After 4 attempts to get a call back, I finally get a call, and am told, ""...we are closing our Indio location.""

I checked up on the HVAC Mfg site today with my unit S/N - apparently I have 5 years left on the warranty

This is completely unacceptable!
My next call will be to report the theft of the blower motor to law enforcement.

Why market as 24/7 Emergency services if you're not. It's false. To be transparent with your customers you should say ""24/7 Call Center and assistance within 24 hours.""

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use them this time. But they were very accommodating and provided great customer service. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.

Absolute airflow bought out preferred plumbing who we've used for years. Without notice, here we are with this new company out of LA area. We had a secondary unit go out and instead of repairing it the tech told us it was old and we'd have to spend 17 thousand dollars to replace a 1.5 ton unit along with our heat pump which is fine. YES, I said 17 thousand!!!! Save yourself some money and go elsewhere. The owner doesn't even check his records and called us for routine service when they had just been there the week prior. BAD Business!!!!

Wanted to thank Ronda & Mike for a Friday night rescue. Got to the house in Palm Desert and the water was turned off for some reason and I couldn't fix it myself. We have a service contract with Absolute Airflow (fka Preferred Plumbing) so called them and they couldn't have been nicer -- and quick! Mike showed up fully masked, took care of the problem, showed me what to do if it ever happens again and off he went. Thanks SO much!

If you ever had a problem or have been burned by Perferred Air....  I recommend  you give  the new ownership (Absolute Airflow ) an opportunity  to service you.  I bought a unit from Perferred Air in August.   We bought  the unit from a guy named Steve. ( I will spare some of the details in an effort to make this review shorter.)  But long story short, we were so ROYALLY screwed  over by Perferred.  They did the installation  in August, I had to call more times than I care to remember to fix my unit that kept breaking down.  Finally I was told ""ill get back to you after the holidays "" turns out they sold the business and washed their hands,, left me in a nightmare with a unit that kept breaking over and over and over and over again. Now, the companys name is Absolute Airflow....At this time Broc came out to help us.. ( i appreciate  you Broc for actually caring enough to figure out what the problem TRULY was.  You truly are one of a kind employee)  The return wasn't large enough in my home for the unit that was installed.  So now i have a unit that doesn't  even FIT my home.  Long story short, Marcus thank you for sending someone  in to ACTUALLY fix  the problem....they took the  existing unit, made a platform  in order to add a 2nd return to get it ready for a DIFFERENT unit.  Much to our surprise,  the unit that was being TAKEN from the home was not a variable  speed, and not a lennox..... (which we were told by said Steve we were  getting, paying for  and signing for.... shame on me for not looking up serial numbers and just TRUSTING that what I was signing for was what was VERBALLY told to us in order to get the unit sold... next time I will ALWAYS look up serial numbers on anything I purchase.) Anyway, Marcus sent in a new set of guys. Pablo, paco and celestino to do my installation.   It's interesting that  the guys who  installed with Perferred  Air told  us SEVERAL times there was NO WAY anyone could get into my attic to run a wire 10 FEET as my crawl space was "" too small.""  Well.... thats funny,  celestino went into my attic and ran a wire  25 FEET into my furnace.  Thank you guys,  you did an excellent job.  The installation looks WAY cleaner than the 1st, it is WAYYYYY quieter...SIGNIFICANTLY quieter..  and overall doesn't LOOK sloppy. Marcus thank you for standing by the company... and making a TERRIBLE situation  right for us.  Oh, and we got a lennox unit.   Not the cheap wannabe with the Perferred  label on the side.  (yes, this time I looked at serial numbers. )  I would never recommend  the old company.  I would say run and RUN FAST. Im actually  really glad  the company  was sold! And under new ownership  .....thank you Marcus and all of your guys for all your help .

These guys are the ones to call if you need heat right now! Called to get our heater looked at and we were impressed. Clean, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose our furnace and gave us actual options. Prices seemed competitive and after some thought we decided to go ahead with the repairs. They completed all the repairs in about 3 hours and I'm sure it would have been faster if they weren't battling the tiny spaces in our attic. Now we have the heat back up and I finally get air to my back office which I haven't used too much recently because of the temperature. Looking forward to the comfort that comes from great service. Everything was backed with warranties which have is some piece of mind. Call these guys!

These guys saved us!!! After calling a few other companies that couldn't help us, we call Absolute Airflow at the end of the day hoping to get someone. Tyler came and was able to find the problem before we froze that night. It ended up being smaller than expected and after talking to him about how tight money has been he was able to find us a discount on what seemed like a already reasonable price. They seriously saved us! Tyler listened and made us feel like family. I will never use another ac or plumbing company! These guys care and it shows. 100 stars!!!
