ZERO STARS! The panel on my heat/AC unit went out. They came out and spent 20 min in the attic. They came down & said it was too big a job & would have to return. Also informing us of a horrible rodent infestation & harmful ducts.... We called Paul Mitchel Airflow & they replaced the panel for 150$. He also confirmed no rodents and clean ducts~
Dishonest & stooped to using scare tactics for unnecessary work!

Conner Higgins, Gabreil Lira, and Brian Weaver are really great with a positive focused customer service attitude. They work hard and do a great job and enjoy what they are doing. Very helpful and thoughtful. They really work hard along with the manager on the phone to get us a good price on our furnace, air conditioner, all new ducking a with new vents and removal of asbestos.
We really appreciate their service!

I will never recommend a company that buys out another company then shuts down operations. Leaving customers in a lurch. If you are going to buy someone out to shut it down a year later, don't buy it and offer your customers better service then just walk off. Bad for business and will be known throughout Southern California for screwing over customers.

Absolute Airflow bought Preferred Services. We called for services and discovered that they closed the office in 2021. We spent $30,000 on a new HVAC system, new ductwork and new insulation. Absolute Airflow will not honor the warranty or workmanship under Preferred Services. There was a mistake and Victor advised us that if we wanted the work corrected, we had to pay again. I am so disappointed.
I have called other HVAC companies. No one honors the warranty. We are stuck starting all over with a new company. I am not a happy customer.

Our water heater was installed competently. However, our quote for $1,100 from Luisa ballooned to $1,300 once the job was completed. Also, the job failed city inspection due to a lack of flue cap. When we called and spoke to Jean, we were quoted $120 more for the flue cap install. Also, I could swear Luisa hung up the phone on me when we called to follow up after the flue cap was completed. In any event, I will not be using Absolute in future.

From the time I called absolute airflow to the time Adrian came out you were wonderful to work with. Adrian was fantastic able to tell AC in simple terms and be really helpful. I would recommend Aboslute to anyone needing a checkup or repair.

Our furnace is in the attic so Absolute had to remove the old a coil and lift the new one up into the attic. In doing so they did quite a bit of damage around the opening to the attic. The technician apologized profusely and promised someone would be in contact and they would repair at their expense and it would look good as new. That was almost a month ago and no one has contacted us. This is leaving a very bad impression on this customer who purchased a new central air system from them.

Absolute Airflow seems to have just abandoned my open work order mid-job and stolen my fan motor
Started out with my AC Blower Fan not starting.
Technician came out Friday, said unit was out of warranty and claimed the blower fan was bad.
Saturday, new technician comes over, disassembles the unit, takes the blower fan with him and claims he'll be right back with a replacement. I'm left with a disassembled AC with a missing blower motor.
2 days later, no follow-up: After 4 attempts to get a call back, I finally get a call, and am told, ""...we are closing our Indio location.""
I checked up on the HVAC Mfg site today with my unit S/N - apparently I have 5 years left on the warranty
This is completely unacceptable!
My next call will be to report the theft of the blower motor to law enforcement.

Why market as 24/7 Emergency services if you're not. It's false. To be transparent with your customers you should say ""24/7 Call Center and assistance within 24 hours.""

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use them this time. But they were very accommodating and provided great customer service. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.
