WOW... I was so impressed with Brian and his team's ability to turn my 85 year young parent's 2400 square foot house into a ice box in under 3 days.
YES... 85 years young lived in the house since 1968 with no Air Conditioning. BWR's crew started the install Monday morning, my dad called me Wednesday afternoon on a 90 degree afternoon and said he was freezing. I was busting up laughing.
We had shopped for a company that could do the work and others said it was impossible to get equipment and we would be lucky to get it done by next summer.
BWR delivered in record time when others couldn't.

My AC wasn't keeping my house cool and seemed to be running constantly.... so I called to have it serviced, turns out there was a couple of problems with my unit that they found immediately, they fixed everything that day! Plus did maintenance! Fast friendly and reasonably priced! Very happy!!

I have a split HVAC system with 2 zones. Upper and lower level on two thermostats.
About 2 months ago I had Nexgen come out and after they charged me over $1000 for parts on a 5 year old unit the problem was not solved. I had another company out as well that could not figure out the problem. After calling the home builder I found out about BWR. Skeptical, I called them. I had to wait a week for an appointment but it ended up being well worth it.
Efrain and Paul came over. Asked a ton of questions and got busy. Within 30 min he had a solution to my problem. Within 1 hour my system was fixed and I paid a small service call fee.
Wow.... Businesses like this still exists!
Efrain and Paul are 2 fine young men that really care about making the customer happy. I've been in a service related field for over 30 years and it's rare to meet people like this. Oh, he did mention that the company was good to him and treats their employees well. I could see it even without him telling me.
So for HVAC go to BWR and ask for Efrain and Paul. You may have to wait but you won't be sorry.
As for Nexgen. Now I know why you need giant billboards all over town.

Our AC was leaking due to bad engineering of the drain from whoever installed it when we bought the house. Robby initially thought it has to do with the lack of secondary safety switch, so I was quoted for the installation of the switch. On the day of the job, Robby spotted the main drain was designed poorly, so he re-routed the main drain free of charge. Result was great, Robby and his team was helpful and friendly during the job. Would definitely do business again if anything happens.

Robby came and checked out my air conditioning unit. He explained how I needed to clean the outside unit and change the filter. He checked everything out and now the air conditioning works. Omar & Adrian were FANTASTIC!! We had another of the ""big firms in the valley"", who advertise a lot in Palm Springs, and they failed to respond to the specific request and my ""amateur"" diagnosis I had done by searching the web. They charged $400 to do, basically, NOTHING!

Omar understood exactly what I was explaining, went directly to the wiring problem and rewired the NEST thermostat and the termination point on our package unit. Only charged the $99 service call since is was a straight-forward fix!! And, they were very friendly and courteous!!

BWR is now our new go-to for all HVAC problems (we have one large package unit and 2 ""split"" units). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Had the owner of the company come out after our AC unit wasn't cooling very much. This company was very responsive, confirmed the appointment a day before and we're very transparent with everything, weighing the pros and cons of all available options. We will definitely recommend BWR and will continue to use them in the future should anything else arise.
