I found Absolute Airflow on yelp and was very impressed how fast, friendly and efficient they are. They provided the best quote and also a deal on Yelp.

Communication and service was top notch. The owner is very quick with replying on yelp. He provided a quick quote, an easy booking process and answered all of my questions. I really liked the speed of his replies and the courtesy message letting me know the day of when a technician was leaving for my appointment.

Ryan was the technician who arrived and he was more than professional, friendly and courteous as well as fast and proficient in fixing the AC.

Super responsive and professional! They were able to work around my schedule to get me an estimate within a couple of days, and get a split A/C unit installed for me within a week even though I asked for a couple of unusual features (WiFi access for example). The installers were very professional and the result looks great and functions perfectly. The owner followed up with me to verify that everything was done to my satisfaction. I will be switching to these guys for my hvac annual maintenance going forward!

I can't heap enough praise upon Absolute Airflow. Our house had the original ductwork, a 52 year old gas furnace and it was time for an upgrade. We wanted a new furnace relocated to the attic, air conditioning, new ductwork, attic storage, attic fans, lighting, an attic ladder and insulation. After receiving multiple bids, crunching numbers, comparing systems, it really came down to trusting my gut. I was impressed with Jason when he came out to our house to give us a bid. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, patient and I immediately felt comfortable with him.
My gut check was right. From Victor the owner, to the crew that did our job, everyone was awesome.
They were great with our three dogs, had an outstanding work ethic, were respectful of each other, worked well as a team, and most importantly they were happy! I honestly looked forward to seeing them everyday. They did a fantastic job. They even touched up the paint in our hallway and living room because they had extra paint. Who does that? Thank you Victor, Mike, Jason, Milo, Justin, the two Anthony's, Kevin, Kelly, Ozzie( I hope I didn't forget anyone). The start of this process was amazing. I contacted Absolute Airflow for my parents AC unit as they previously had service champions come out to look at our unit for general maintenance. Unfortunately all of the Freon was out and they mentioned we would have to change our unit due to new laws in 2020 and quoted us an astronomical amount. Before having my parents commit I had John come out and provide a quote as well. The quote was affordable and the process has been seamless so far. The completion of this project will be done this Monday. The professionalism and customer service has been beyond a white glove treatment. Today when they came out and started the demo they showed us what service champion has been over looking for 10 plus years all the while my father has been paying the $20.00/ month maintenance fee for pretty much nothing in my honest opinion, the coil was caked up with dirt and they never mentioned this to us. So, I had my dad sign up for Absolute Airflows monthly plan which is half the cost with amazing customer service. Thank you so much to John and his team for providing an amazing experience so far. I will be following up with a final review once the project is completed.

I called a few other companies before I called Absolute Airflow. When I called other companies, I was put on hold or transfered to other representatives before I could get a quote. With Absolute Airflow, the first person who picked up the phone was able to quote me for an inspection and schedule an inspection the same week.

The sales rep, John, was very informative. Since I have a small condo, he quoted me for a new system that was the right fit for the size of my condo. He didn't try to up-sale me on some fancy HVAC that I didn't need.

The installation only took a day and the results look great.

When they came out to help my step dad add ac to his home in Huntington Beach they beat both previous quotes that he had got from other companies, were very professional,on time and knowledgeable. He had a crack in the heater so he ended up getting a full system with ducts for a great price! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any ac needs.

I called absolute airflow after what seemed like my blower motor was giving out. The company sent their rep John out to my house. He was very professional and concise with his work. I was very pleased at the attention to detail in his work and explaining what went wrong and possible reasons why I was having the issues. With warmer weather coming soon, I wanted to make sure my 2 year old is comfortable during the hot days. A second thing I was pleased about was they were able to work around my busy work schedule. Overall, pleased with the service and what seems to me, competitive and fair pricing. I had my blower motor replaced and capacitor.
