The reviews on here are absolutely spot on. Our AC unit decided to die on us in the middle of a heatwave with my wife expected to deliver any day now. I called on a Saturday and got an appointment first thing Monday morning. An associate was scheduled to arrive between 0900-0945. Dennis, field supervisor, arrived at 0850 which was a pleasant but welcomed surprise.

Dennis spent over 1.5 hrs inspecting my ac unit, the attic, and going over the different options. Given my situation with no ac in the middle of a heatwave and expecting a newborn any day now, their team was able to accommodate me and move one of their other projects to a later date. Given the financial constraints, Dennis presented me with 4 different options. He gave me different ways to finance these options and he genuinely cared about my family and situation and did everything he possible could to make sure I was taken care of and happy.

So glad we have the maintenance plan with them, only had to pay the small fee of $19 because of it. Solved the issue fast, John was super helpful and polite. I will be recommending this company along with the maintenance plan to all my friends with central air.

Everything about our experience was excellent. The first visit was by Drew, who came to look at our nasty, asbestos-riddled mess left from the previous owners, and gave us several possible price plans--all featuring the same first rate equipment and service. Tthe owner himself worked with us to get us what we needed, within our budget.

The work began, and everyone was scrupulously Covid-compliant, so we were not worried about having to leave our own house for safety. They laid down plenty of drop cloths, and left everything as they found it when done. All the workers were pleasant and courteous, taking time to answer our questions.

Now with the first bad heat wave of SoCal's notorious hot fall season on us, for the first time in years we are sitting in comfort, breathing pure and filtered air. We could not be happier, or more impressed with this company, from first to last.

I have nothing but praise for Absolute Airflow. They did a thorough inspection of my A/C system and showed me in detail the problems with the system I had. They strongly suggested that I replace it and gave a quote that turned out to be extremely competitive. (I had estimates from two other companies.) Since I did have real problems, especially with the A/C, I decided to have them install a new system and now have nothing but praise. All the people I dealt with at Absolute Airflow have been very professional. They did an outstanding installation job. A few days after the installation there was a small problem and somebody came to fix it within a few hours.
I have been remiss in not writing a review right after the installation in October 2019. However, it has given me time to check out how it performs am happy to report that everything works perfectly and it heats and cools my home much better and faster than the system I had before. I am recommending Absolute Airflow to my friends at every chance I get!

They fixed my problem but beware of signing up with their maintenance option. I signed up for monthly payment that included maintenance and visit. But when it came time to call them, they will schedule you at the end of the day. Then they will rechedule and reschedule it multiple times a day as if yours is not a priority. Then when they set a time they will never come and say their people didnt finish on time. Well thats not my problem anymore. You shouldve sent another one. They they will resched but then didnt again fullfill their commitments on time. They will arrived two hours passed your appointment. As if their time is your time. I had mine resched 3x. One thing i noticed with this company is when you are signed now with their maintenance, you are no longer important to them. Just take note of what i said in this notes. I resched my appointment just to accomodate them but wasted in the end. Beware.

Heard about this company on the radio like many other posts here. The fanfare is true. Exceptional company. From the first phone call, they just treated you professionally. Our home was serviced by Technician Tanner today. Could not have been more courteous, hard working, and thorough. For the base charge visit, he spent over 3 hours looking at our systems. I learned more than I ever had about AC delivery. And Tanner genuinely enjoyed showing me. He heard the names of our children in passing during the visit. At the end, he called them all by name when saying goodbye. Unbelievable and awesome. This is a company I will call again and again.

Both Zach and Kevin were professional, knowIedgeable and had a great attitude. I had originally called the company for flush service on my old water heater. Zach was able to diagnose that there was tank rot and heavy sentiment clogging the flush valve. They were then able to schedule and install a new water heater in no time the next morning. After installing, I was thoroughly impressed with their diligence and checking for leaks. He also mentioned that if I encountered any problems to be sure to give him a call and he would personally come back out to resolve any issues. Now that is customer service with a peace of mind.
