Criminal behavior IMO! They purchased a business in Palm Springs/Indio and had everyone sign service contracts directly with them and then disappeared! No notice; no refunds. What's worse is that they continued to charge my credit card for monthly payments on the service contract when they have provided no service and are no longer anywhere to be found! I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop. I have filed a police report and a compliant with the California Attorney General's office. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
Regarding the owner's replay below, no Victor, we did not receive any notice (and neither did a lot of your other ""valued customers"" based upon the reviews). And we DID call you for plumbing service under the contract you charged us for and are not honoring. We were told only that you ""had no technician available in the area."" Nothing about skipping town with people's money and not honoring your contracts. We were told to call your ""sister company, All Seasons"" and that they would honor the contract. When we called All Seasons, they told us that they had absolutely no association with you and were absolutely not honoring your contracts (I guess you and your ""sister company"" have somewhat of a strained family relationship). Also, according to my credit card bank and the CA Attorney General's Office, I should not have to call you and beg you to stop charging my credit card for services that you are not providing as your doing so is fraud.

We had Connor do a complete diagnostic test on our HVAC System. He was very thorough and patient in explaining what was going on in our system. He was able to find the root cause of our systems' many issues. Although he was confident that he can fix these issues, he advised us to not spend money on repair that will only help temporarily. He could have charged us a lot for repair but he opted to be honest and truly help us. We appreciate this level of honesty and professionality.

Great and Fredy staff, got my A/C installed by them. They were very profesional and left everything clean.

I do not even want to give one star. They do that deserve even a star.
This membership cancellation is a total nightmare. After almost a year, I am still dealing with it.
When they want your business, they are aggressive and very responsive. Treat you like VIP.
When you decided to get a new full set of system from someone else but not them, everything started going down.
I started my monthly membership back in 2019 when I lived at my previous location. June 2020 I moved, I asked them to switch my membership to the current address.
Nov 2020, we decided to get a new system abs ask Absolute to give us a quote.
First, the sales person who came over to give the quote promised you he will take care of the monthly membership cancellation process, but he never did.
The following week, I called to ask them to cancel the monthly membership, during the call, they confirm they canceled the membership.
March 2021, I still got charged, and I called, they said they will take care of it but I have to pay at least 6 month minimum. It means I signed up June 2020, I have to pay at least to December 2020. So I told them ok, just refund me 2021's money.
It was my fault that I trusted them that they have canceled and taken care of everything.
Now, today, August 18th 2021, I still got charged their monthly membership fee.
The customer service told me it's because I only canceled my previous address membership, not the current address's membership. Hello!! How come you didn't say anything when you confirm my service location was changed? Your sales person even came to my current address to give me a quote, not to the previous house location. I asked can I have my money back? The lady said I have to wait for her manager's decision and coincidentally, she is not in the office due to a family emergency.
Is it that hard to cancel a simple membership? Yes, it is with Absolute.
Is it hard to give your customer a good service? Yes, it is with Absolute.
To be honest, their technicians are nice but do you want to deal with all these crap with their customer service? Go somewhere else. Don't be like me that still trying to get the money back for the service that I didn't even request. Run away from this business Yelpers!

My initial impression of this company was amazing when I got a tune-up. They really are great for tune-ups, but BEWARE for repairs. Absolute Airflow's AC tune-up is a great deal, their techs are very polite, nice, and thorough and they do a great service. Beyond that, BEWARE. I really didn't want to write this but now after two years of continued bad experiences I couldn't not change my review.
Two summers in a row now during the ""tune-up"" they have provided me an outrageous list of recommended repairs to a perfectly functioning AC system. Everything from all my ducting has air leaks and needs to be totally re-done to my system's air return is 1/2 the size it needs to be and need to blow out a wall to fix that (funny they didn't mention that one the previous year). Two years in a row now I have had THREE other companies come out to get a second opinion. THREE! ALL THREE ""second opinions"" were in agreement (now for two summers in a row, so SIX total opinions) that the provided list of repairs from Absolute Airflow was completely unnecessary.
This was even with me basically telling the other companies that if they concurred that the repair was needed they basically had my business. Also every repair quote I've gotten from another company was HALF OR LESS of Absolute's pricing, their repair prices are outrageous. Honestly I hate to say it, but I feel like they are dishonest in their inspections and repair recommendations.
Sucks because their techs really as so nice and knowledgeable, I really wanted to love this company, but had enough at this point when it comes to any type of repair work. Also AVOID their ""membership plan"" ... I signed up for one last year and they refused to honor what I was promised at the time I signed up, totally misled on what it entailed.

The technician from this company came was very knowledgeable, polite and well mannered, but the estimate given on behalf of the company was outrageous and behind any reasonable service job they will do. So despite the positive aspect of tech person I would not recommend this company for any service problem of air conditioning job.

A day before we were going to start the work I got a call saying they decline our job because they won't make enough money on our project. Greed? Lack or professionalism? Sloppiness? Not sure how to label it. Now we are back to interviewing and waiting weeks to install AC in summer heat. I wish there was a lot more to just write an honest review about how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. Don't waste your time and go with a better company

Daniel and Pablo were the guys that installed our HVAC unit. They very professional, honest and thorough with their work. They take pride in what they do. I rarely write a review but these guys deserve an excellent review. I am recommending these two guys. I will give them 10-star if i could.

Called many places! These people are professional and what they tell you they do. You may pay more. But so worth it.thank Walter and team. I will never use a rinky dink place again. I feel at peace and love my new heating and Airconditioner unit. Work is impeccable.
